Hotellet är stort och ett fräscht gym och Pool, rummen har kanske något äldre känsla men rymliga och allt man kan tänkas behöva finns. Skulle troligtivs boka samma hotell för nästa resta till Peking

Fint hotell men strul med extrasängar familj
Boendet som var en svit för familj var inte anpassat för 2 vuxna och 2 barn som bokat vid ankomst utan vi fick argumentera en hel del för att få in 2 extra sängar utan extra kostnad. Bokning via hotels.com för familj måste förbättras så att kommunikation med hotell fungerar. För övrigt var hotellet och service excellent.

Worth staying at
The fairmont stands out from the other 5-star hotels in Beijing when it comes to service. The personnel is very service minded and speaks good English. We stayed in the junior suite which was really nice! The hotel feels a little bit old but has still got class! Had a really good time at the hotel the only thing i got a little bit upset about two things, one time we got back to the hotel room they had forgot to finish cleaning the room, so I had no towel when I came out from the shower. The other thing was at the breakfast, had a real lazy day after a long night out. So couldn't be bothered to dress up, so went in a t-shirt and puted on the hotels slippers. Came to the breakfast at the 21th floor and sat down to start eating. Then the personal came and asked me to go and change to shoes. What the hell does it matter ? And i certainly don't want anyone to come and tell me what to wear. There were plenty of other guests that also came with their slippers that got told to go and change. If so many guests wants to wear their slippers in the morning why tell them to go and change?

Extrem value for money
Utomordentligt trevligt hotel av hög standard. Kan speciellt rekommendera "Fairmont Gold" tillägget vid bokning som ger en mängd fördelar, bl.a late check out, fri frukost, internet etc. Ena minustecknet skulle vara språkförbistringen hos concierge men så är det more or less överallt i Kina.

Fantastiskt rum
Gjorde bara ett kort stop i Peking men hotellet var mycket bra. Nästa gång får jag ta med frun för shopping och relax på hotellet. Mycket bra service och trevlig personal.

Best Hotel in China so far!
Best hotel I have experienced in China so far. Upgraded to President gold to great room. GReat gym and pool area. Top steakhouse at floor 2, sushi at bottom floor. (top 10 restaurants in Beijing as well). rathe Close to subway. Walking distance t nightclubs like Spart and 10 min to True Colors. Great experience. You get what you pay for ... your choice :)

Sejour médiocre! un Fairmont !?Surtout le personnel, pas adapté ou mal formé ! À l’arrivée, à la réception, la personne à qui nous ns adressons ne comprend pas l’anglais et certainement pas le FR. Même chose au bar de la réception où nous ns sommes arrêtés prendre un verre ds la soirée. Avons été surpris de deux personnes du personnel qui ont ouvert une boîte repas, tout étalé sur la table basse pr dîner!..repas et gâteau! direction la chambre sans être accompagné. Aucune information n’est donnée sur horaires déjeuner etc ni même l’endroit! Rien sur lés commodités ds l’hôtel, découvertes par nous mêmes.Jamais bonjour, au revoir, merci!et dernier jour avons raté le train express car à la réception avons perdu plus de 20 minutes avec le réceptionniste qui ne parlait pas un mot d anglais et j ai dû me déplacer trouver qq un d autre ds l’hôtel pour nous aider à commander un taxi..! Chambre belle et spacieuse, bon lit, belle sdb. Eau dans la chambre offerte chq jour. TV hors service 3 jours, pas de lumière ds hall d’entrée, pas de sèche cheveux. Gros effort à faire niveau personnel qui devrait min maîtriser l’anglais. Bien situé métro proche pr ligne aéroport et métro proche et rapide (conseille) pour place et côté interdite, Mall pas loin.

Tuve una increíble estancia. El desayuno súper variado y extenso. Todas las áreas muy limpias y un servicio impecable por parte de todo el staff. En especial a Christina Liu que nos ayudó muchísimo con compra de boletos para las áreas turísticas , ayuda con el idioma, ayuda con temas de la sim card para el celular. En fin un trato increíblemente espectacular. Qué gran hotel!

I loved my stay at Fairmont and the staff were helpful and extremely kind--especially front desk at check-in! I switched hotels day-of after a mix-up at the last one, and they were very understanding and thoughtful--they also upgraded me to a slightly better room! The service was quick, the room was clean, and everyone was very respectful. One of my best experiences ever--I ended up staying an extra night!

Staff are exceptional. Always wanting to help. Ping who works front lobby was invaluable. Fairmont is my go to place in Beijing. First rate hotel. I have never been disappointed here. Rather they keep surprising me with how helpful and reliable they are. Would recommend.

Front office night staff is rude and unprofessional. Security staff are also rude. Not one person will greet you in the morning while walking through the lobby. Could be one of the best hotels in Beijing if the staff are properly trained.

Excellent hotel.
My 3rd time staying at Fairmont Hotel Beijing. I love the room size and facilities, the hotel is one of the best in this price range in Beijing, especially considering the location. The bed pillows are very comfortable and rooms are quiet. Excellent for a good night's sleep! Concierge was very helpful when booking a car to the airport and handling my luggage.

Was nice
The hotel was nice. Not the usual 5star but ok. Air con was noisy, staff at reception speak basic English but can improve. Less time on phones with more attention would be great. Concierge, Apple speaks very good English and eager to assist. Ruby at reception a trainee also was great and Daisy very professional. The room was comfortable and luxurious. Was very cold on arrival and our last night I had to call maintenance for switching off the under floor heating in the bathroom that we were totally unaware of. Pity we didn’t know about the floor heating.

This was by far the best experience I’ve had at a hotel in all of Asia. The level of service the team here provides is by far something on a different level. I had the pleasure of staying on the Fairmont Gold level and I will definitely be back. The added aspects with the lounge and service is unparalleled. Location close to shopping restaurants and public transportation. The team was always there to help me with arranging for me to get back to the airport. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Fabulous
