Pretty good
A pretty good place for a couple of nights. Good service. I think it was a bit dated and things/surfaces could need an upgrade I would say. The shower stood like a box next to the bedroom which was fine for me. The holder for the toilet paper for example could be better off replaced, it was a bit worn out. Pretty good location for the hotel though.

+ nära till pubar/restauranger och stadskärnan - nattklubb dörr i dörr som spelade musik till kl 02.00 - fick rullstolsanpassat rum vilket innebar att handfatet mm var i sitthöjd, vi bad om att få byta men fick svar att det var fullt och skulle komma tillbaka dagen efter. Det gjorde vi men då frågade vi tydligen för sent. - de missade att städa och byta handdukar en dag

Etapp belfast
Det var ett perfekt hotell i centrum, nära busscenter. Rent, säkert och bra frukost. Trevlig personal. Ingen lyx men allt man behöver. Minus blev tyvärr att sista natten var det ett stort festande i restaurangen/ puben bredvid och svårt att somna trots dubbla fönster.

I was in Belfast when there were three festivals going on so hotel prices were very high. ETAP Belfast provided an inexpensive hotel within easy walking distance of City Hall. It was basic but perfectly comfortable. A very good budget hotel for exploring the city, as long as you don't expect any frills.

I had travelled to get to Belfast for several hours and arrived at the hotel for 12pm. The room was ready but was told if I wanted the key it would be an extra £10 charge. As a guest who has visited that hotel on numerous occasions I found that terrible. No extra work was involved the room was ready so out of principle I waited until 3pm. The shower in the room was not great the top holder was broke so could only use the shower by holding it in my hand. Did I ask for £10 because of this poor facility ….. No but I am expected to pay £10 to get a key to my room when it is already ready.

If the room is ready earlier than the regular check-in time, we do charge an extra 10, as the guests are checking-in earlier. However, we can hold your luggage for free until check-in time. I am sorry to hear that you had problem with your shower. However, we do have maintenance at the hotel, just let us our reception staff know and we can send one our team to take a look and fix it, our change rooms if necessary. Would recommend for a short stay. Room was not ready until almost 4 pm, and there was no ice machine, or ice ice available from the bar. I ordered a pint of Guinness that took a while to arrive and was warm. Area was extremely convient and the stafff was both apologetic and friendly.

As much as the staff were top notch lovely helpful people here are the bad points. Bed rock hard I got 1.5 hours sleep couldn’t do a second night left in the afternoon, tea and coffee only available in front of the reception 24hours but anytime you want a hot drink you have to go there. Breakfast is abysmal, Toast, jam and choc spread in jars but nothing you can put any in to take to the table. Croissant, Brioche, 3 cereals. Continental breakfast. Tinned mixed fruit, two bowls of yogurt and a very small selection of cheese and cold cuts. If I could load pictures I would.

Very basic hotel, more like a hostel. Rooms very cramped, barely walking space around the bed, shower and basin in room, toilet separate. Common areas carpets stained, quite expensive for a basic basic service. Breakfast a very minimal continental breakfast for €8.

Bed is comfy enough but the hotel and room just don’t feel that you can relax at all. Can’t understand the concept of having a separate toilet and shower cubicle. The window is drafty and you can hear clearly the noises from outside.

Basic but clean and very close to the city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quite a number of bars/restaurants very near. Lively at night and quite noisy however.

I liked the location, the room with a bunk bed over a duble bed ( fun for kids) and the free tea & coffee in the lobby. Good breakfast and lovely staff.

This helped me immeasurably - I was able to attend a wedding that afternoon without having to worry about nipping back to the hotel between the ceremony and the reception. Hotel is located in an excellent location. We were able to walk to most sights. Our room was small but sufficient to our needs. Noise from the Saturday night crowd was very minimal. Room was pricy but that’s the UK. Breakfast was good.

Just used as afternoon base before catching night ferry. Area didn't feel like as a single woman alone I would be safe to walk. Lots of chicken bones on floor whilst walking my dog! Hotel is basic, clean and cheap. Room was functional - no complaints - bed pretty hard. For £99 I would perhaps expect more.

i found the hotel good value for money it was near the main town in belfast so i could go and see all the places i wanted to visit all bedding was clean and changed every day new towels etc

Great location - within walking distance to the city centre, plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby. The room was clean and good size for two people. The only downside was the toilet in the room that was more of a wardrobe: door didn’t lock, had gaps below and above, no soundproofing whatsoever. Sink was in the room itself and the shower cabin was accessible from the room too. The good thing - free teas (all day) and coffee (in the morning) in the lobby.
