Not a 4 star experience
The lobby is nice, the rooms carpet is stained and dirty and the curtains are dirty so the room feels dirty. We changed rooms because the first we got wasn’t like the one in pictures, the second as in pictures was a little bit better but overall they were both looking dirty with stained carpets. The breakfast is a catastrophe. We were there 30 minutes before closing everything was finished( not a lot of alternatives either) and not refilled. And the bowls were dirty, no spoons, leaving the ham out so flies were gathering around. The coffee machine didn’t work, they did not have any water and next day was the same experience but now they served bread that was molded. Overall the hotel is not 4 stars and definitive not a luxury hotel . The positive was the location, we could reach the most with in walking distance

Good hotel, room on first floor had no view at all, just pipes and some roof tops with no balcony, curtain was broken and tap on basin was faulty. For the rest it was ok. Discreet reception service but bar closed earlyish. I was about a 15 minute walk from the heart of Belgrade which was fine. Breakfast was excellent. Mini bar relatively expensive.

Nytt och trevligt hotell och nära till allt. 10 minuters promenad till Tesla museet, "Hram" Sankt Savas tempel och Knez Mihailova shoppinggatan. Frukosten var fantastisk god med många Serbiska delikatesser.

Poorly managed hotel, but looks nice
The hotel is newly built, and quite centrally located, though not really located near any of the sports for shopping, restaurants, cafes etc. Unfortunately things were very messy during my visit. The air con didn't work and the staff tried several times to convince me I was wrong until I brought the reception manager up to my room and he could see for himself it wasn't working. Checkout took forever - very confused guy in reception fiddling with papers and cards. At breakfast they served cold coffee! When I asked the four guys in the breakfast service staff who stood around talking to each other and doing nothing if it was a Serbian thing to serve coffe cold they told me "No, but the machine is broken. If you give us your cup we can heat it for you...".

Felt like coming home
I sleep +100 nights per year in hotels. Mostly from big groups, but never have I experienced the welcoming feeling as in this hotel. Felt like coming home, as they have been waiting for me to arrive at the hotel. Focus on the welcome, not on the passport. Amazing !!!

The reserved and paid room was not available when arriving. We were sent to an apartment for the first night. Very unpleasent hassle very late in the evening and moving back the next day. Awful service.

Modernes, sauberes und edel eingerichtetes Hotel! Es ist sehr gemütlich dort und die Zimmer sind echt großzügig. Abzüge gibt es leider beim Geruch aus dem Abfluss, was anscheinend in Belgrad ein bekanntes Problem ist. Durch die Donau ist der Wasserdruck so hoch, dass es den Geruch aus dem Abfluss hochdrückt. Wir hätten ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, hätten wir das nicht erst beim Auschecken bemerkt, jedoch war es zu spät. Sie schütten dann irgendwelche Chemikalien rein und nach 3-5 Tagen könnte man dann wieder rein. Nächster Punktabzug würde ich beim Frühstück geben. Fällt ein bisschen mager aus und die Qualität entspricht nicht ganz deutschen Standards, wie Würstchen oder Ei. Spiegeleier werden ca. 20 Stück gemacht und alle in einen Behälter übereinander gelegt. Dass das dann hinterher eine riesen Sauerei ist und kein Ei ganz bleibt, stört anscheinend keinen. Aber alles in allem ein top Hotel, wir sind nur von deutschen Standards verwöhnt :-)

Overall a great experience
We only stayed for two days but were very pleased with our overall experience. We took advantage of the airport shuttle service and it was lovely. The driver was pleasant and drove respectfully. The hotel and our room we're clean and beautiful and the shower was so nice. Great water pressure and spacious. The overall service was very professional. Breakfast was delicious although check carefully to be sure it is included with your room. I think booking with Hotels.com screwed us up so we had to pay extra for the meal. Apparently we weren't the only ones that were suprised halfway through their breakfast with a bill. If we had to find a down side it would be the price of alcohol from the lounge. We found it quite steep even for a hotel bar.

Nice little hotel with spacious room.
The hotel is nice, very clean and staff are friendly! The room was spacious, clean and good wifi! The breakfast was ok, nothing special. For the location, it’s in a quiet area and near all the popular places: about 5-10 minutes walk to skadarlija, kneza mihaila,... If you come by car, the parking has a lot of space. The bus station is about 25-30min walk from the hotel.

Savrsena tri dana u Beogradu
Savršen hotel,lokacija samo kilometar od glavnog Trga,osoblje fantasticno i prostupacno (Nikola,Jovan),spremni na sve za pomoc. Krevet fantastican,udoban,dorucak sve sta pozelis,tako da je ovo moj top hotel i preporuka za Beograd bilo poslovno ili privatno! Cisto i udobno!
