Superb service and ambient! A must!
A great weekend in Belgrade and an awesome stay at Saint ten! The hotel was more than excellent! But the best part was the staff! All of them went way and beyond to make our stay exeptional We will definitely stay there again!

Really nice
Weekend gateway with my wife. The taxi doors are opened by hotel staff , nice start. A employee at the reception presents him self as a some sort off guest manager and asks us to sit down while the check in is prepared and ask what we want to drink (on the house off course). Gives us his business card with his mobile phone and email and says he is here for us in case we need anything at all (really nice touch with a really nice guy). Recommends the hotel restaurant ant leets us know that he can arrange a table at any restaurant in Belgrade. I am being to understand that this guys understand customer service. Our baggage is brought up to our room by staff. Hand written note to us that we are more then welcome with a bootle of wine. Every one in the staff greats you and asks you how you are. My wife says, “we are eating here tonight”, okey... We wore between menus, the menu on the site was old (really wanted to try the seabass ceviche) and the new one was coming next week. Tried the pork neck, (no knife needed). Interesting domestic cheeses for starter. We did not lev the hotel for our 24 hours gateway. Orders room service for “lunch”, nice. This is my new favorite hotel in Belgrade. Small enough to give the customers the attention the they need. Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice food, nice breakfast, the owner and the staff seams to understand what customer service is. We are coming back here.

Fantastisk service och hjälpsam personal, jättefina rum. Frukosten var inte lika bra, var klent utbud och lite att välja mellan.

Bästa hotellet i Belgrad
Fantastisk upplevelse. Äntligen ett hotell i Belgrad som är värd namnet. Service är på topp nivå. Receptionisten Olga var t ex bara i jobbet en vecka men trots det gav mkt bra service, alltid med ett leende. Det är väldigt sällan man får uppleva sådana här service på Balkan. Personalen under frukosten var också mkt tillmötesgående - fixade färskpressad juice på 2 min från baren. Man känner sig helt enkelt mycket välkommen på Saint Ten.

Amazing hotel with great service!
We stayed here for 3 nights over new years and almost everything about our stay was amazing. The staff is very professional and friendly and will assist you with everything you need. I can also recommend the airport transfer offered. The hotel is modern but cozy - great design. Room was small but beautiful (we stayed in classic king room). Very quiet. The bed was so comfy, and the free non-alcoholic mini bar was a great touch. Loved the quote cards and the turndown service with macaroons and water with fresh fruit. Rain shower was super and so were the fluffy towels and bathrobes. There is everything you need in the form of toiletries. Breakfast was good but maybe not 5 star. Refills were not as frequent as one would have wished. Would also be great if there was a menu where one could see what beverages and foods were available to order fresh from the kitchen. One day I ordered an omelette which never arrived. Breakfast staff also very friendly though. Hotel restaurant has amazing food and service, highly recommend it. The bar is very nice as well although service was a bit slow here. Location is good - we walked everywhere. All in all, loved everything about this hotel and will definitely come back next time when in Belgrade!

En skuffende omgang
Vi ankom sent og hotellet havde glemt at finde 2 enkelte senge til os, efter at receptionen prøvede at sælge os et bedre værelse som vi nægtede gik han med til at opgradere værelset uden beregning. Opgraderingen var blot et standard værelse så ingen forskel her. Værelset var pænt men lys flimrede og blinkede hele tiden så hvis du har epelipsi skal du nok passe på. Sengen var lidt for hård at sove på så ikke nogen wow effekt herfra. Morgenmaden var desværre utrolig skuffende. Tjeneren valgte at stege æg i selve morgenmads området og der var ingen emhætte så der stank af madlugt og er man veganer eller vegetar så skulle man lugte til stegt svin mens man prøvede at nyde morgenmad i frem or ro.. overhovedet ikke pengene værd. Spar dine penge og find et andet sted at spise morgenmad. Desværre en kedelig oplevelse. Hotellet er pænt og rent men det føltes som et hypet hotel som ikke levede op til det. Prisen var ihvertfald ikke matchende og jeg fraråder folk at opholde sig her. Hotellet ligger dog centralt. Så derfor 2 stjerner.

I absolutely loved this new boutique-style hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel lobby and restaurant were very warm and cozy as was the hotel room. The location was great with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We went to Nove Sad after Belgrade and decided to come back to Belgrade and stayed again at Saint Ten Hotel. This hotel well deserves the high rating it has!

One of the most affordable luxury hotels
From the time of booking to checking out, we were always informed and taken care of very well. Replies to my questions via Hotels.com message were always quick and professional. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. I especially loved the personalized message, nuts/dried fruit tray and quality slippers. The only thing my husband commented was the see-through glass enclosure of the bathroom. I thought the glass wall makes the room look bigger, but my husband thought it lacks the privacy. It does have a curtain to make the bathroom private, but the curtain is outside of the bathroom --- so the person who is using the bathroom cannot control it from inside. To me, it didn't bother me, but I thought I would comment this unique feature in my review. Anyway, we loved everything including the arrangements of the guided city tour by Mr. Stevan and transfer, delicious dinner and breakfast at L'Adresse Restaurant, and the smooth airport transfer by the Mercedes. We will definitely go back to this hotel and recommend if we go back to Belgrade.

Staff are great, always greet guests with a welcoming smile. The lady at the entrance of breakfast made me a latte just the way I wanted. I like the breakfast, good variety, except the fresh fruits are not so fresh.
