Weekend gateway with my wife.
The taxi doors are opened by hotel staff , nice start. A employee at the reception presents him self as a some sort off guest manager and asks us to sit down while the check in is prepared and ask what we want to drink (on the house off course). Gives us his business card with his mobile phone and email and says he is here for us in case we need anything at all (really nice touch with a really nice guy). Recommends the hotel restaurant ant leets us know that he can arrange a table at any restaurant in Belgrade.
I am being to understand that this guys understand customer service. Our baggage is brought up to our room by staff. Hand written note to us that we are more then welcome with a bootle of wine.
Every one in the staff greats you and asks you how you are.
My wife says, “we are eating here tonight”, okey...
We wore between menus, the menu on the site was old (really wanted to try the seabass ceviche) and the new one was coming next week. Tried the pork neck, (no knife needed).
Interesting domestic cheeses for starter.
We did not lev the hotel for our 24 hours gateway.
Orders room service for “lunch”, nice.
This is my new favorite hotel in Belgrade. Small enough to give the customers the attention the they need.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice food, nice breakfast, the owner and the staff seams to understand what customer service is.
We are coming back here.
