“We were a very last minute booking and Mark, Sabrina and Dean bent over backwards to make our stay easy, fun and comfortable. They are around when you need them but not at all overbearing. The house is super clean and comfortable with everything you need and more. We rented golf carts (arranged by dean and delivered within minutes) and it was so fun to cruise around. “This property is nothing short of spectacular. Absolute 10 out of 10. A bit of culture shock at the poverty in Belize, but the local people are amazing and so friendly. The property manager, Juan, was on site 24/7 for any issues and is an incredible person. You are a bit isolated from traditional vacation commerce, but given the awesome property, you didn’t even want to leave. A rental car made all the difference so that we could drive into town for groceries and your the countryside.”

“The staff was great. Appreciate the housekeeper and the chef. Both did an excellent job. The kitchen cabinets were dirty looking and some of the cabinet doors were falling off the hinges. Took the top of the toilet tank off one of the bathroom because the toilet was continuously running and there was black mold. Overall the experience was great and my family had a great time.”
