Nice and quiet place
Nice and quiet place. Close to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Need to put more sunbeds on the beach. Clean and very nice rooms. Poolarea in great condition with cooling fresh water. A few days of rain but mostly sunny days.

Överlag ett trestjärnigt hotell. Ingen vidare frukostbuffé och kvällsbuffen var absolut inte värd det dyra priset. Generellt väldigt höga priser jämfört med övriga Mauritius. Vi valde att ta taxi bort från hotellet varje dag för att äta på annan ort. Tyvärr låg det väldigt avsides, så det krävdes en 15 min taxiresa. Hotellet har egna taxibilar och de tar dubbelt så högt pris om du bokar själv, vilket vi självklart gjorde. Resulterade i ett himla liv. Hit återvänder vi inte. Synd, för hotellet i sig och rummen är egentligen mysiga.

Fint hotell med trevlig personal och bra kids club
Personalen på detta hotell var trevliga och pratade med alla gäster, det kändes som att de var genuint intresserade av turisterna. Maten var god men passar kanske inte alla barn då alla barn inte tycker om att prova något nytt. Några dagar var det a la carte och då kunde de fixa kanske strips till barnen istället för vad vi vuxna fick. Frukosten hade allt, inget att klaga på alls och breackfast package kunde de fixa om man skulle ut på utflykt. Bra att vattnet var gratis till lunchen då vi ej bokat all inclusive. Glassar var väldigt dyra då de vet att det inte finns någon butik i närheten. Vi tog taxi till en supermarket längre bort och handlade snacks och vatten för vår vistelse. Taxin utanför hotellet kan jag rekommendera då de har samarbete med hotellet så är det taxibilar att lite på. Solstolar ingick vid havet men där får man vara tidig att "paxa" en plats. Man fick även åka med kostnadsfritt med hotellets egen glass bottom boat ut till ett rev längre ut, bara att boka i receptionen. Strandhanddukar vick man också låna. Det fanns två pooler på området och det var ofta som den ena var avstängd pga dåligt vatten. Man kunde riktigt se hur skitigt det var, men dagen efter såg vattnet blått ut igen, vet inte om de har problem med nån reningsanläggning.. Hotellet har en egen kids club som hade personal mån-lördag 8:30-16.00. Där var Geraldine och Ree Ta underbara med alla barn. Ett riktigt lyft för hotellet! Det var rent och fint överallt med daglig städning. Jag har inget neg

Väldigt service minded personal
Otroligt service minded personal. Rummet var inte klart när vi kom så de bjöd på lunch medan vi väntade. Sedan hade det blivit fel i min bokning, vilket de snabbt ordnade med att boka in oss två nätter på deras systerhotell utan extra kostnad, som egentligen var betydligt dyrare och de ordnade med transporten både dit och tillbaka.

Ett ok hotell
Ett hotell som är helt ok har inget som sticker ut..ja stranden är härlig . Vi hade problem med safeboxen som var låst. det tog 1 dag innan det var löst. Och men fick betala för kaffet på rummet ,lite ovanligt. I baren var det en skylt som informerade gästerna att romen var "homemade". En kurs hur man blandar drinkar vore på sin plats. Maten var helt ok samma med frukosten.

Trevligt hotell, fantastisk personal
Vi spenderade en vecka i på detta hotell i februari 2016. Hotellet var ombonat och mysigt och beläget vid en mysig och barnvänlig strand. Poolområdet var ganska litet men mysigt och det finns även ett litet spa med olika behandlingar att välja mellan. Maten i restaurangen hör god klass och variationen från dag till dag var uppskattat. Rummen är ganska enkla men funktionella. Dock hade man sällskap av myror och lite andra insekter i rummen, vilket kan vara irriterande ibland. Den största behållningen för vår del var den fantastiska personalen. De ansträngde sig enormt för att göra vår vistelse så trevlig som möjligt. Otrolig servicekänsla!

Vid ankomst fanns inget rum , erbjöds plats på annat hotell! Åter efter 2 dar. Störande trafik, ostädad strand. Positivt med tillgänglig solstol. Badskor ett måste. Vänlig personal,bra mat. Taxiservice utmärkt. Utcheckning ett dygn tidigare, ingen återbetalning.

Fint hotell med trevlig personal
Hotellet ligger precis vid stranden och har egna parasoll och solstolar för sina gäster. Dessa är givetvis gratis när du bor på hotellet. Det finns inte så jättemycket att göra inom gångavstånd men hotellet har taxiservice så att du lätt kan ta dig till tex marknaden i Flaq. T/R dit kostar 800R och de håller marknad söndag och onsdag. Detta hotellet skulle jag rekommendera dig/er som mest vill slappa på stranden med sol och bad och/eller som vill ta er runt ön med bil. Det finns inga restauranger mer än på hotellet och snorkling från stranden är inte att rekommendera. Vattnet är ganska grumligt pga mycket plankton och strömmar. Det är långgrunt så du kan snorkla långt ut, men detta rekommenderas inte. Speedboats kör snabbt i området och risken att du blir påkörd är överhängande. Over all ett mysigt hotell men lite för lite aktiviteter i området för vår smak.

Except the strong smell of humidity in the room, some products missing like conditioner / body cream / shower cap. The hotel is quite nice and close to the beach. People are very nice and kind but I have to mention some dishes were forgotten (birthday cake, or some sides dishes at the kot nou restaurant). Food is very good.

Our one week, all inclusive stay, was simple perfect. Great welcome by the team on arrival with fast check in to our lovely modern, bright and clean room. No TV in room as it's all about switching off from and that's exactly what we did. The property is only 2 years old so everything is just perfect, yet it looks well established. Choice of 2 beautiful pools with lots of loungers and day beds. There were organized sport activities and even complimentary glass bottom boat trips and snorkeling trips every day between 2pm and 3pm. Bars are great, wide choice of branded drinks. 2 themed restaurants which you had to book a day in advance which were fine (not amazing) and the main restaurant which was buffet style which was really excellent - great choice and variation of food each day. Best part of the hotel were the staff - everyone is every dept. could not do enough, amazing - very high level professional service. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, but please don't tell to many people - it's a gem.

Classy, white washed, cool hotel
This is a beautiful, classy hotel where a lot of thought has gone into the layout and design. It cries out for sun drenched days lounging around the pool which unfortunately we only got for half a day of our 2 night stay. The food is decent, staff attentive, and they are right on it with trying to be as sustainable as possible. Beach across the road is unspoilt and natural with some great snorkeling. Highly recommended.

Employés très sympathiques et serviables pour la plus part et dévoués aux clients. Cet hôtel étant ressent il manque de couleurs, fleurs, arbres et plantes exotiques / vous devriez marquer l’entrée par des haies de vetias, foxtels, oiseaux de paradis géants,heliconias,Alpinias etc… donner cette impression de rentrer dans un univers tropical / j’aurais rajouter des palmiers royaux en bordure côté route et 2 ou 3 arbres du voyageur contre les façades , donnant ainsi une chaleur tropicale. La chose qu’il manque est le service en chambre qui ne se fait pas en général mais bien souvent les clients aiment profiter de leur séjour et faire des choses qu’ils ne font au quotidien chez eux.La literie est très bonne. Un bon potentiel pour l’avenir j’en suis sûre.

Good hotel
The staff was friendly and the hotel was nice and comfortable. A short walk to the beach as well. Everything was good at the hotel, the only recommendation I have is that the check-in process is a bit slow so when you are tired after a long trip, you want to be able to have access to your room quick.

Nice resort but bad food
The hotel and rooms are very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and they did their best during our stay. But food was awful in all restaurants and we were happy that we didn’t spend money for half/full board. There’s also a road between the resort and beach so it’s not excatly on the beach.

Amazing resort. Amazing staff
Excellent customer service. Staff go above and beyond. Resort is newly refurbished and looks amazing. Rooms are clean. Manager spoke to us everyday to ensure we were happy and everything was taken care of.

Une nuit en couple agréable Cuisine décevante pas bcp de choix pour les plats on s est contente que des pâtes parmi qq plats M chose pour le petit déjeuner. Dommage pour cet hôtel de charme agréable on s attend à plus de recherche et de diversité au niveau de la restauration d autant qu il n’y a pas de restaurants dans les environs.

L'Emeraude è una struttura piccola e molto ben curata nella sua manutenzione, il personale di servizio è sempre all'opera per continue migliorie, il tutto sempre con cordiali sorrisi e simpatiche battute con gli ospiti. La sensazione è di entrare a far parte per un periodo di una grande e allegra famiglia, veramente una sensazione speciale! Per noi che siamo sempre alla ricerca del contatto con la gente del luogo che visitiamo è stato perfetto. L'hotel è di prorprietà e gestione mauriziana e promuove e sostiene un programma di recupero e tutela della realtà sociale e ambientale che gli ospiti possono, se vogliono, contribuire con una piccola donazione. Anche il cibo è per lo più tipicamente mauriziano e si ha quindi la possibilità di assaggiare quotidianamente una specialità locale, anche questo aspetto è stato per noi un grande valore aggiunto. Siamo partiti con vero dispiacere, con la consapevolezza di aver vissuto un'esperienza non solo di vacanza, ma anche di contatto umano e di amicizia difficilmente ripetibile. Un posto da consigliare ad occhi chiusi, speriamo di tornare!!

Unhygienic restaurants and bars and lack of choice at meal times. Staff are however generally excellent and try hard but need some training.

Great staff. Could hear traffic from room.
The staff were a bit let down by the hotel. Our room was very close to a busy road and the hotel was not easily accessible with a baby stroller. The staff really were excellent.

If you want a beach holiday this is for you there is nothing there just the beach it was a nice hotel and cleanish of room was excellent but the food is terrible we complained and so did other people we were told we could have menu B but nobody knew what it was also there isn't enough sun beds around the pool and on the beach as people hold them by putting towels on them around the pool and beach people were arguing over them it was terrible
