Hello Elsebeth, I am sorry you felt there was a lack of care. You booked in for 1 week therefore your linen was changed when you left. We always have services available to guests upon request. There is at least 4 eateries within 10 minute drive. Berry Springs Tavern 1.5km Jonnies dine in takeaway 1km Caltex Service Station 1 km Leitchfield Hotel 10 minutes. Guests are told upon check in when our restaurant is closed. I remember telling you myself. I understand your disappointment at the restaurant being closed having checked Wiki Camps and looking forward to dining in our restaurant. Enjoy your holiday touring our wonderful country.

Sorry your room was not as you expected. The room you booked does not have kettle etc as it has no sink. The queen room is the one with a kettle and coffee etc. We have maintenance on site 24/7 so if you had told us of your issues we would have addressed them straight away. As we now know of them we have sent maintenance to fix them. Thank you for staying with us, have a wonderful holiday.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately sometimes guests do not bag and date their time of departure on their food when using the kitchen. This makes it difficult for staff to know if they can dispose of food left after guests have left. In the rural areas, ants will get into anything if it is not wrapped tightly. The fridges are cleaned once per week and food correctly labeled is removed when guests have checked out. The bins are emptied daily and when busy twice daily.

Hello Inky, Thank you for your wonderful feedback. Just to let you know we do have cabins with en-suites. They sleep between 5 and 6 people. The cabins for 4 people do not have an en-suite and this is the one you booked. They are however located close to the amenities. We hope you will visit us again and perhaps next time book the cabins sleeping more than 4 people.
