“Overall it was good; however, not getting daily housekeeping is awful. Hotels.com needs to post current housekeeping policies. Covid restrictions s over. There’s no excuse to not provide daily housekeeping unless you just want to become a second-rate hotel. The front desk employee was very nice and gladly gave us extra towels due to the lack of housekeeping services. ”
