“The home was in a beautiful location. There was a lot of room for everyone. Very peaceful, stunning views! Communication was great. I would highly recommend this place. Very unique!”

“We were globally disappointed about that property due to different elements. Climatisation was installed in only 2 bedrooms, the rest of the house was hot (3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen …) and it was complicated to maintain the différent parts of the house cool. Part of the facilities were damaged: exterior sun loungers were ripped, one shower was partially broken, one base bed was not usable, the garden contain rusty tools dangerous for young children and was not maintained…. Finally...

“Wir haben en Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung, ist sauber und klimatisiert. Bei einem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt gibt es nach einer Woche frische Handtücher. Großartig war der Poolbereich, den man immer für sich alleine hatte. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich und immer für einen Tipp offen.”

“This Villa was great, it had everything you could want for an extended stay in Nice. The Air Con was a live saver in the heatwave, solid Wi-Fi and a great Smart TV. The kids loved the pool and the layout was roomy and comfortable. Liars of places to sit and laze, private parking and only 10 minutes walk from the the Tram station. The bus stop was at the end of the road , so great connections all round. Franck was a great host as welll.”

“La maison est très bien entretenue et bien équipé. Un accueil sympa par Mme Martin et deux semaine très reposant dans un endroit très calme et hors de toutes nuisances, situé dans les colline au dessus de Saint Raphael, mais pas loin des facilités et de la ville (il faut quand même avoir une voiture à dispo). Une piscine très chouette avec des chaise longues bien ombragées sous des pins: un véritable havre de paix!”

The house was very clean and the owners very friendly. It also had the best swimmingpool we’ve ever seen. We were very happy with our choice for this house!”

“La location est très agréable, propre, très bien équipée avec en bonus une belle piscine. Beaucoup de beaux villages à une distance raisonnable. En bonus, des propriétaires sympathiques et toujours disponibles. Nous pensons refaire un séjour à Pâques l'année prochaine.”

“Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit senstionellem Blick sowohl in die Berge als auch in die Bucht von Cannes Tolle sehr freundliche Vermieter die immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit waren, aber nicht aufdringlich sind. Bis zum Strand sind es 15 gemütliche Minuten mit dem Auto. Gleiche Zeit bis zur Autobahn daher ideal für Trips in Alpes-Maritim. Der Pool spricht für sich selbst.”

“Husen, tomten och poolen var utmärkta. Det som inte var lika bra var att det står luftkonditionering i annonsen vilket jag tolkade som air condition men det var fläktar som stod i sovrummen (dvs mycket varmt inne) samt att Wifi inte fungerade i stora huset.”

“For our group of 8 adults and 4 young children, the villa had everything we needed and the sea views are perfect. Like most of the other reviewers we didn’t find the trains a problem but they are very regular (4 or 5 an hour). We had a few other issues. When we arrived, the pool water was green and cloudy. The owners came to fix the problem but the process took 4 visits to clear and get the pH correct so we couldn’t use the pool for 2 days in total. We had clean the dust from two of the basement...

“Malgre une meteo pas toujours radieuse en ce debut avril, nous avons passe un agreable séjour dans cette maison tout confort (tout semble neuf) accrochée à la montagne sur les hauteurs de Vence (à 5 minutes en voiture par une route un peu escarpée). La vue sur toute la côte est eblouissante, meme depuis la piscine, qui trouve sa place dans un jardin en terrasses. Point de départ idéal pour des randonnées dans le massif montagneux. Hôtes prévenants et sympathiques!”

“Me and my family spent a fantastic week in this beautiful villa. We were all in all 10 persons from 3 generations and our dog who joined together to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday. The house is beautifully located on the outskirts of Fayence with a fantastic view of the village and the surrounding area. The house is very nicely furnished and with all necessary equipment and supplies. Your really feel you are "at home away from home". The garden is also very nice with several different seating...

“Stayed here for the Rugby World Cup in Nice and we were recommended Antibes as a quiet alternative. Right by the motorway, easy access to Nice, Cannes and Monaco. We had a car and parking was available indoors at a cost. The hotel was excellent though. Clean, friendly staff, great rooms and a nice pool. ”
