“We had an amazing stay at Rose cottage. It was the most adorable little cottage accommodation we have stayed in. The bed was comfortable, the woodfire was prefect and the bathroom/shower was well appointed and modern. Our host Rosie was welcoming and friendly and the breakfast provided was delightful. We plan to make this an annually weekend getaway. Thank you Rosie.”

“Everything with this hotel we liked: the service, the room, the breakfast, the style. However, when we got off the train in Medlow Bath the conductor asked us if we had gotten off at the wrong stop. Which is a good indicator that you are in the middle of nowhere. And then we had to walk through a park and a residential area to get to the hotel which looked like any other house. “Pretty complete in terms of facilities and amenities. The fireplace is a great touch, bathroom was beautiful and even board/card games are in supply! We made use of the tennis courts too. A fantastic picturesque view of the mountain areas from the cabins complete its features. Great for a couples getaway where you want to be away from noise. Just come with a small food shop prepared! “Friendly staff and nice atmosphere, but the room was really cold (we stayed there in July) and you could hear a lot from the corridor and neighbouring rooms. The toilets and shower room was also quite cold and could use freshening up. ”

“The property is stunning and very quiet Just a short walk to the Wentworth falls walking tracks. Some of the rooms look into a valley and the bird life is amazing The property has kettle, toaster, fridge, stove and microwave. The lounges are quite small but the beds are super comfy. Will definitely be back when in the mountains ”
