“Very dissappointed in the general state of the apartment also please note these do not have the balcony terrace as in photos only a few have we where told. The microwave oven in shocking condtion . There is no sea view There was no batteries in the remote for the aircon . Very bellow standard finishing touches ,cutlery was not clean . “Our stay was okay however a few experiences we encountered was disappointing. Some of the equipment was old, coffee machine was broken and could not be used. There were no toiletries in the bathrooms, limited towels to use for 6 people. We were equipped to braai but was not able to as the gas braai was not working. We were very disappointed with this as we specifically enquired about this before checking in. There was no WiFi available and lack of communication on the welcome pack regarding WiFi...
