“Very disappointing. We got a standard room, the bed was so uncomfortable, you could feel all the springs through the mattress. There was no pressure in the bathroom (we did mention it). Be aware that every night we were there the place right next to it plays gig very loudly until 1/2am so not a chance of an early night as they don’t have double glazing. The rooftop itself is great and the food very enjoyable. The staff up there was nice. ”

“The condition of the room is terrible, lacking maintenance. Old bedding. Old style shower which is inside the bathroom which means water all over the bathroom floor. Very very old and ugly. The outside grounds are quite pretty and the location is outside the town, so if you need to eat dinner you’ll have to drive there as they do not offer dinner service. ”

“We had a great stay at Jaguar hostel. The straff (mostly consisting of volounteers) is very helpful and nice. We were happy that we could speak english with many in the straff since our spansih isen't the best. There is always someone working 24/7, but after the main gate closes it is possible to ring a Bell and get in and out. “There are two good things about this hotel: location and hot water. The hotel is located in a good and safe location in Tupiza, and about 5-minute walking from the central bus station. It is an old hotel and inside some rooms you can smell sewage odor; however, it does have hot water in the bathroom. You can find better hotels in Tupiza with price that I paid for this hotel.”
