“Well designed and fully equipped 2-bedroom gite set in vineyards within 5 minutes drive of St Emilion and surrounding wineries. The peace and tranquility of the setting is delightful, with all you need for your stay in the two-storey farmhouse. Access to the many good restaurants and historic monuments in St Emilion made this 5-day stay one of our highlights.”

“Thoroughly well equipped two bedroom apartment, which was very easy to live in. We loved the location, right amongst the Bordeaux wine region and only 20 minutes drive to Bordeaux. The hosts are absolutely lovely and welcomed us and helped us out in so many ways. We also really loved using the bikes to tour the country lanes. We can recommend the Sunday oysters at Moulon and the poissonerie at Branne. Also loved Chai Leon art deco wine bar ( Michel is a fabulous host and recommends fab wines)...

“Pour ce week-end le gite a rendu possible la réunion de 5 familles provenant de plusieurs lieux de France. ensemble et séparement pour ces deux jours nous avons profité de la piscine et de l'espace barnum très bien organisé.”

Hosts are lovely and responded quickly when bathroom sink sprang a leak A reminder that being surrounded by vineyards is beautiful but includes early morning industry noise of people and machinery at work. I'm not a Princess but... the Moulin interior decor was somewhat disappointing - nasty plastic storage cupboards in kitchen and bathroom really cheapen the look which could easily be made more ' luxurious' with a visit to a Brocant and a little...

“Extremely well equipped to a high standard. We were welcomed with essential groceries, a bottle of wine and a speciality dessert of the region. Patrick was available if we needed him and managed the pool/cover. He was private and discreet. We have stayed in gites many times and this was one of the best with a great pool.”

“Le gîte Martin est spacieux et conforme au descriptif. L'équipement et la propreté sont irréprochables, La literie est très bonne et la vue sur les vignes magnifique! Les terrasses et surtout la piscine sont superbes. Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréables à 7 personnes (4 adultes et 3 enfants). Isabelle et Jean-Paul sont des hôtes très agreábles, discrets, mais présent lorsqu'on a besoin d'un conseil. La région est trés belle et il y a foule d'activités possibles.”

“Fantastiskt rent och snyggt och förstås mycket rymligt. LGV ligger i utkanten av Libourne och är granne med vinodlingar (Merlot från St Emilion). Det är lätt att ta sig härfifrån till gårdarna i Pomerol, St Emilion och Fronzac. Välkomnande och hjälpsam service. Rekommenderas verkligen!”
