“Great experience in terms of the stay! The sofa bed could use an update! Also the front desk gave us incorrect information that the first hour of self parking at the Aria was free when it isn’t and so we ended up having to pay $23 for parking. It looks like they changed that for a while now. Thankfully the valet was free and included in the booking but that wasn’t clearly written. So for anyone else booking for this hotel the valet parking is free but not the self parking! Otherwise the hotel...

“I liked that is was close to were we need to go. I didnt like that when I booked a late check out it wasnt entered in the system and had to re check with them. “The staff was loud and just talking to each other when we checked in. We complained about our non-smoking room stank of smoke and we were told that nothing can be done due to them being fully booked. Usually, you could be compensated in some way. The beds were filled with dark hairs, and the lamps in the bathroom and by the bed did not work. We asked for a late checkout but were advised that they don't to these all though we saw a sign stating that they did. Over all bad experience sadly. ”
