A real 4 stars hotel with professional welcoming staff. They changed my room as I had another preference. Good location near the Railway station, though relatively far from old city center. But 10 minutes by buss nr 4 to Livada Poianei in the centrum and aprox additional 15 min to Poiana Brașov, the winter sports Valley. Modern, new and comfy room, tasty and variate breakfast as well as the menue at the restaurant hotel, fast wifi, several foreign TV channels. Excellent spa with both steam and hot sauna and quite large pool where you can swim. Also professional masseur. The spa is not automatically included in the room price so check with the hotel before booking, although not very expensive. Very good impression, I'll come back.

Tjusigt hotell
Fantastiskt tjusigt hotell med helt underbara rum och sängar! Okej mat i restaurangen, hjälpsam personal, väldigt hjälpsamma. Dock var området runtomkring inte det roligaste. Perfekt hotell om man har tänkt stanna i byggnaden.

Bekvämt, lyxigt och rent hotell!
Min vistelse var fantastiskt och personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga! Frukosten var mycket bra eftersom det fanns massor att välja mellan - en bra start på dagen. SPA området hade allt man behövde och i lagom storlek för hotellet. Jag tyckte dock (som tjej) att belysningen var lite för mörk och därför hade jag svårt att sminka mig.

Bästa hotellet nånsin! Jag har aldrig varit på ett så lyxigt hotell. Riktigt prisvärt var det också. Kommer att rekommendera det till alla som ska till Brasov. Relaxen var också bra. Hann tyvärr inte med någon behandling.

Just perfect!
Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel with extremely service-minded staff. For example, when we asked where we could buy stamps for our postcards they simply went out to get them for us! Nice spa/pool too. Right next to the train station but a little off from the city centre. Highly recommended!

WOW!!!
I had already read on hotels.com about this hotel being extraordinary so when we got there our expectations were sky high. The 3 days spent at the hotel showed us that it deserved its good grades to say the least. Very modern and very clean. Very good food. Fantastic service!!! If there was anything they couldn't offer you themselves, they would do anything in their powere to arrange it elsewhere. We recommend the spa with all our heart. The playground had everything a child could desire - we thought it was quite hot in there though. With a temperature of 26 degrees Celsius, our son (and the other kids) was sweating rivers. Next time we travel to Brasov we shall make sure to book a room again at this hotel! A wonderful stay, surrounded by happy, service minded personal. Bravo!

I loved the style of the hotel. I absolutely loved my room design and size. I will for sure be back. I didńt like that you somehow need transportation from the hotel to anywhere. Too far to walk to the old town. The location is if you are with a car.

Overall amazing. Wonderful staff, very clean and elegant, and although I was unable to take advantage of the full property, the amenities are top of the line. Access to complimentary parking was also incredible as not many hotels in the area offer it

Was a true “5 star”. Visiting from America, and found the hotel and staff to be top notch. New construction. Modern architecture executed perfectly. Large rooms. Great amenities. Very good high end restaurant. Great cappuccinos. Room service. This would be a top tier hotel in America. Would stay here again.

Brasov trip
The staff are what this hotel is all about. The reception welcome from Oana and Anca and the waiters and breakfast staff and even the drivers and porters. The food in the restaurant is sensational and the health facilities exceptional. As an example one of their drivers took the day to drive me around seeing the castles and one of the porters helped me with the large baggage I had to the train station. This is probably the best hotel in Brasov.

Upscale hotel
Hotel is very nice but too upscale for middle class travelers such as myself. Got snotty looks by other guests and security person working in the front lobby. Air conditioning didn't work but luckily it wasn't too hot outside. Front desk agents seem friendly though. Hotel would be priced over $350 the United States but is priced like a nice Holiday Inn.
