Uppgradering vid incheckning
Vår rumstyp fanns ej ledig vid incheckning så vi blev uppgraderade till sviten utan extra kostnad då detta var enda rummet med 2 sängar. Förstklassig service!

Vi stannade 3 dagar. Det var ett mkt bra rum. Lagom stor. Men View vid fönstren var inte så bra. Frukosten var inte heller så fantastiskt. Ägg fanns inte hård och mjuk kokta, skinka bara en fattig sort , Plus fick för det färska apelsinjuicer. Vi kommer ändå tillbaks för det kan inte sägas annat än att vi hade det väldigt bra allt som allt!

Not that good
- I do not know if it was a policy to wait with cleaning the room until your stay over or if it was just bad luck. A souvenirer with Pearls brock and all the pearls were all over the floor. they were there all the 3 days i stayed at the hotel. - The bed was good BUT! if you cover yourself then you sweat as in Sauna. If you pull away the cover from over your self, then you freeze. - There was a strange smell over the room. I couldn`t locate it. - It wasn`t so easy to understand how to set the AC on. It took about 30 min to do. - The elevator was a nightmare of its own. They had Touchscreen for choosing level which not always worked properly. Even the staff them selves had problem with it. + They clean the Bathroom everyday. + They re-bed the Bed everyday. + I got permission to stay 1.5 hours over my checkout time. It was great as i had very late flight. I Didnt try the Breakfast as for some reason my booking changed from WITH Breakfast to WITHOUT Breakfast, that`s why i cant give any review about that.

Probably the best pillows and bed I slept on
Perfect location in the middle of the city and some of the interesting spots to visit. Restaurant you have both at the hotel but also, few steps away and not only one restaurant but several. The rooms are nicely decorated and the bed and pillows excellent, anyway according to our demands. The rooms have good isolation and no noise is to be heard from the traffic outside. I recommend it. We surely will return to this hotel.

Rekommenderar detta hotell varmt. Fräscht, god frukostbuffé och trevlig personal. 5-10 min ner till gamla stan. God drinkar runt hörnet.

Bland det bästa boende du kan få tag på
Nyöppnat hotell sedan nov 2014 dit jag återvänt en gång i månaden. Dessvärre har jag märkt att servicen redan blivit något sämre; man glömmer fylla på kaffe på rummet, städningen är inte längre perfekt, etc men trots detta överträffar detta hotell och dess personal de flesta 4-stjärniga hotell i Bukarest. Rekommenderas varmt oavsett om du reser privat eller i tjänsten.

for those who book on the expedition, you will see that at the reception they will ask for money for the city tax, but you have already paid it. check please, I do not recommend they have mice, insects, the carpet is very dirty, everything is old

Lovely and friendly staff members. The room was very large and clean. Only issue was the heating was constantly on and the room was very warm despite having the window open for our whole trip. The reception staff had no fans and could offer no ther solution. Hotel is in a good position to explore.

Staff on reception were helpful and friendly, Very clean, Good location. However Air conditioning did not work correctly, woke up in middle of night to 32 degrees. Fridge did not work.

Hotel organised a night party in the lobby bar with club-loud music on one of the evenings. The place is not designed to sound proof that and you could hear the music and feel the bass in the 3rd floor rooms. Reception knew it’s a problem and they stopped answering phone calls from the rooms about 12am. I went downstairs to ask them if they have any plans to lower the music as it was 1am and they said no plans. It was so bad that a room from 4th floor called the police. They stopped only after police arrived regardless that everyone in the hotel was complaining about it.

Great location. Nice breakfast. Room was clean. The gym was terrible. 3 of 4 machines were out of order, and there were no towels available in the gym. They also didn't make an update to the booking and made an incorrect charge on my credit card.

Oggi siamo rientrati da Bucarest dopo aver soggiornato in questo hotel. Posizione centrale vicino a dei ristoranti e supermercati. Da lì ci siamo mossi benissimo per visitar la città e vicino anche ai punti di incontro per le varie attività prenotate. Stanza pulitissima, inoltre un giorno abbiamo dimenticato la cassaforte aperta con una somma consistente di denaro preoccupati perché lontani poiche eravamo in gruppo a visitare i castelli in Transilvania ma al nostro ritorno la stanza era stata pulita e tutto ritrovato come l avevamo lasciato. Chech in purtroppo possibile farlo solo dalle 15 in poi però sono stati gentili a tenerci le valigie e nell attesa siamo usciti. Consiglio sicuramente e se ci tornerei andrei a occhi chiusi di nuovo in questa struttura.

City Centreと言う割には周囲にレストランがない。 休日に、ホテル前の道路が通行止めになり、Uberで車を呼ぶのに苦労した。あの日だけだろうか？

Tutto ok, a parte il fatto che, nonostante al ns. arrivo la camera fosse già disponibile, ci hanno chiesto € 25,00 per darcela prima del check in previsto per le ore 15,00, facendoci così girare per la città con i “bagagli” al seguito. Su questo aspetto, avremmo gradito un po’ più di elasticità, flessibilità e disponibilità da parte della struttura.
