Bra hotell men hoppas på bättre städning
Bra hotell med perfekt läge. Är lite besviken på att de inte hade städat bakom soffan ger dåligt intryck. På rummet fanns dusch, separat toalett samt badkar. Hjälpte inte att vi hittade en strumpa från förra besökarna.

Good hotel in a very good location
Novotel's location is very good, with close walking distance to Old Town and shopping areas etc., but still in a reasonably quiet area. Nice reception and lobby which includes a wine-shop and bar area. Rooms are functional and modern and perfectly OK. We had one room with batch and shower and a separate toilet, and view out over the street. The other room was slightly larger, and with a ugly view out the back. Nice staff, OK choice of TV-channels and a good breakfast. A good hotel for a weekend-break or a business trip.

Fint, rent, tyst rum. Bra badrum med alla bekvämligheter. Frukosten var helt underbar. Det enda anmärkningen är att matsalen var för liten. Kommer boka det här hotellet igen.

Absolut!
Mycket prisvärt hotell på bra läge. Bra frukost (enda minuset att det tog extremt lång tid att fylla på bryggkaffet när det tog slut), trevligt litet gym med ångbastu och liten pool. Bra och stora rum som inte släppte in gatans brus.

very nice hotel, very good location to the city
Very friendly and helpful staff. We got the room on the 12th floor, very nice room and very nice view to the Parlament. Good breakfast buffet and the winebar in the hotel.

Ligger centralt och nära till sevärdigheterna. Dock var servicen inte nämnvärt då det gick knappt att få kontakt med personalen. Rummet var okej dock var toaletten väldigt litet och trångt. Det bästa med hotellet är dess läge och frukosten som var generös på utbud.

Trevligt hotell i ett annorlunda land där alla vill åt dina pengar, maten är katastrof från den minsta syltan till den finastekrogen, ät på pizzahut,domino's,Macdisel eller liknande istället, och drick bara på krogarna,du behöver endast ett ombytta för dom röker överallt hela tiden. Kul ställe alla fall, taxi bilarna är seriösa på dagen och spårar alltid ur betala det du vill betala dom skriker lite men är totalt ofarliga och livrädda när man själv höjer rösten, lycka till

Very nice hotel in central location!
A nice, clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious for one person, and it was very clean. Perfectly located within walking distance to a lot of main attractions. Several minimarkets and nice restaurants nearby. I'm definately staying there next time I visit Bucharest!

We stayed intially in the junior suite which was spacious, quite stylish and included a free mini bar. Our initial room had shown as being cleaned on the hotel system but in fact it hadnt but we were moved swiftly and compensated with complimentary drinks by a very efficient and pleasant member of staff. Due to availability we subsequently stayed in an executive room on the top floor. It has a more restricted free mini bar and a large smart tv and was quiet but felt a little more cramped as were spoiled by the suite. the hotel is in a superb central location close to the Old Town but in a quieter area close to cafes and convenience stores and the common areas including the bar are impressive and contemporary

The only thing to be inproved is the restaurant big time. Especially the service, it was awful ........ there were only two waiters, one had a good service and was properly dressed as a waiter. The other one had a tshirt and jeans - he also appears to be the boss, this person had no skills for service, he even threw the dishes with our food, and left ..... the menu was also poor. Do NOT order the club sanwich. That dish has nothing about a club sanwich. It is more like a chicken breast sandwich. This hotel have to improve big time the service of the restaurant.

While we would likely stay here again because of the great location and a few other factors, the poor hospitality when we checked in and the lack of assistance when we needed some information about where to go after I had been injured (not at the hotel) was off-putting. It makes the hotel come off like a no-frills airline, when the price and the location indicate that the level of service should be at least mid-range. As others have mentioned, the lighting in the bathroom is very poor, and the strange arrangement of having the WC around the corner from the rest of the bathroom is not just odd but inconvenient. Adding a washing-up sink to the WC would make all the difference. The housekeeping staff was great, providing extra towels when requested, making up the room early each day, and bringing me a wonderful sack of ice for the aforementioned injury. The room was always tidy and they were pleasant in the hallways. Overall, good, but don't expect a top-notch experience.
