The room(suite) was a bit dated but beds were comfortable and the view from the top floor very nice indeed. No complaints about the cleaning at all! Jacuzzi/hot tub in the spa area was a disappointment. Drilled holes in the tiles in a swimmingpool to make bubbles...

Noisy elevators kills the sleep
The Elevators are so noisy and the resonans sound from them spread in a very big part of the hotel. I have stayed there 4 times and all 4 times that sound from the Elevators have killed my sleep. Last time I booked a junior suite and that was the worst of them all. That room was right next to the elevators.

Service needs otherwise good family hotel with spa
Det var prisvärd men skulle vara lite mer service inriktat till exempel städerskan knackade vår dörren flera gånger och frågade om hon kunde städa från kl 8.00 på den 16 augusti. Det var väldigt irriterande för att hon kunde inte engelska då kunde inte vi kommunicera bra och vi kände vi var tvungna att lämna vårt rum pga hennes schemat. Hon var inte noggrant med sitt jobb heller.

Har bott på Helia ett flertal gånger och tyckt det var fantastiskt därför bokade jag här igen men blev riktigt besviken den här gången. Det var fullt med insekter på rummet, städarna fyllde inte på toapapper när de städade. Morgonrocken var smutsig när vi skulle ner till spa-avdelningen. De lovade att komma direkt med en ny vilket visade sig ta 3 timmar. Maten på hotellet var uppvärmd frysmat iaf hamburgarna. Blev jätteledsen då vi brukar vara här 1-2 ggr per år men det här blev tyvärr sista gången.

Underbart och mycket prisvärt!
Superfint på hotellet! SPA, rummen, frukosten och service var femstjärniga! Personalen är mycket trevliga och vänliga. Det var bara en sak som var störande är att folk rökte på rummen och balkongerna, trots rökförbud på Hotelet. Hoppas att personalen och administrationen kommer att vidta strängare åtgärder för rökare. Vänligen Tanja

Bra hotell med Spaavdelning
Mycket trevligt hotell några minuter från city. Schysst spa med tro pooler med vattentemp mellan 24 och 36 grader, som ingår för gäster. Lite slitet, men håller på att renoveras och de renoverade rummen är riktigt fina.

Fantastisk personal i receptionen
Mycket nöjda med vår vistelse ! Personalen i receptionen var fantastisk. Bra bemötande kl ett på natten när vi checkade in. Senare fick vi hjälp bl a med hyrcyklar och transporter. Mycket bra frukost. Åt lunch en dag och den var också jättegod med mkt att välja på. SPAavd med fyra pooler var härlig men kanske lite sliten. Provade inga behandlingar. Utcheckningsdagen kunde vi tillbringa eftermiddagen där vilket var så bra eftersom vi åkte fr hotellet kl 16. Rummet var rent och sängarna sköna.

Mid class hotel.
The staff at reception were not so friendly. a bunch of traveler sitting all the time on the lobby, drinking and shouting all the time day and night and in the middle of the night in the hallway talking so loud that we could not sleep.
