Very friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. You are in close proximity to the castle and many other nice locations to visit. Easy to get everywhere.

Not Covid safe and at most a 3 star hotel
This was a special experiance when the staff at breakfast did not wear facemask evendo that it mandatory to workers at hotels and restaurants by Hungarian Laws. I asked them and the answer was: No we don’t need to wear and facemask!! Then i asked to speak to the manager and he was not avalalible said the man in the reception and i asked more than once and the boss wasent even at this hotel but out at another hotel or on town in meetings. It felt no covid safe at al if the workers rum around without facemask by the tables and at the breakfask buffe!! And by the way the breakfast buffe is a narrow line at the entrence af this small restaurant,so everyone entering and leaving must pass the buffe where you pick your food and also the staff must fill up the food. So no safety think at al in the breakfask restaurant. Also i wonder why they say this is a 4 star hotel? They have no restaurant and no bar and not even a small fitness area. This is maximun at this point a 3 star hotel. This hotel is soon 10 years old since the last renovation and it start to get run down. It hotel need some renovation and update. For excample the chair in the room is not stabil to sit on and when i chould light the sealing light it make a sparklig noice so i’m not want to use it. The door at the minibar is loose and the table is wather damage.people standing utside the entrence and smoke so this comes inside my room. And this is the bigger room in this hotel. Been here 30+ times but no more!!

Stilfullt och bekvämt
Så vackert och speciellt inrett att man bara kunde njuta av miljön. Mycket bekvämt, sköna sängar och sängkläder. Lugnt läge, centralt med bra kommunikationer. Underbar stad att vistas i! Återkommer snart igen, samma hotell!

Ett riktigt bra hotell med bra läge precis vid saluhallen, på gågatan och nära brofästet. Jättebra frukost med både varmt och kallt och generösa öppettider. Bor här gärna igen

Ok hotell med perfekt läge
Jag och min fru bodde i ett standardrum i 3 nätter och är nöjda. Inget fyrstjärnigt hotell direkt men personalen i reception var effektiva och hjälpsamma. Rummen var rena och fräscha med bra tryck i duschen, dock fungerade inte alla kanaler på tv. Frukosten var ingen höjdare med väldigt litet utbud och personalen i restaurangen var knappast serviceinriktade och rörde inte en min när man kom. Men allt vägs upp av läget! Helt klart ett perfekt ställe att bo på med bästa gågatan, saluhallen och busshållplatsen precis utanför. Kan rekommendera att köpa hop on hop off biljett i receptionen, ett bra sätt att se den härliga staden.

Good but dangerous
Everything is good in this hotel, except that they store beds, chairs and ladders in the emergency stairs. Which means that is is a death trap if there is a fire and people need to evacuate. I asked hotel staff about this but nothing happended, which means that I will not stay in this hotel again.

Ett trevligt litet hotell med ett bra läge i närheten av Donau, och på bästa gatan i stan. Vi hade inklusive frukost, och den var ok men inte wow. Tyvärr så fick vi ett rum med en utsikt mot en innergård som inte såg så fin ut. Lite för dyrt med tanke på att det är 4 stjärnor.

Upplevde mottagandet mycket positivt. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Frukost OK . Matsalen liten när det är mycket gäster trångt mellan borden. God mat förövrigt, färska varor och fint mottagande av personalen. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotellet som ligger mycket nära turistmål. Fina transport möjligheter. Supernöjd.

Centralt och bekvämt
Perfekt hotell för turistande eller affärsmöten i centrala Budapest. Bra, tysta rum med alla bekvämligheter man kan önska sig. Läge vid gågatan som är ett måste för de flesta turister och nära till tunnelbana, bussar och spårvagnar. Personalen mycket tillmötesgående och trevliga, dessutom mycket duktiga på engelska. Har lagt till hotellet på favoritlistan vid ett eventuellt återbesök i Budapest.

Mycket bra hotel med perfekt läge.
Mycket bra hotel som ligger alldeles på den stora gågatan men i slutet av den så vi upplevde inte alls att det störde nattsömnen eller så, läget var faktiskt helt perfekt. Rekommenderar verkligen detta hotel. Det enda man kunde säga något negativt om var isåfall frukosten som var lite dålig kvalitet på även om det funkade. Renligt och fräscht rum verkligen.
