Det tog extremt lång tid att få checka in eftersom hotellets personal försökte sälja på alla dyra, och icke-prisvärda, tillägg. När incheckningen var klar och jag kom till rummet var det inte vad jag hade bokat så jag fick gå tillbaka till receptionen och påtala det. De hjälpte till att byta men inte innan de påtalade att det minsann inte fanns i infon trots att jag kunde visa i min bokningsbekräftelse att jag fått fel rum. Hotellrummet städades inte en endaste gång under tre dygn. De kom och bäddade sängen, thats it. Hotellet behöver i övrigt göras modernare, det var heltäckningsmatta överallt och luktade unket. Deras hygienartiklar var uttorkande. Det var dock bra läge på hotellet! Allt som allt förväntades mer av ett femstjärnigt hotell

Reaaky good location and river view.
Neither the location or the view (over Donau/the castle and the supsension bridge) could be better! You can walk to everything in the city center and there is also a tram right outside the hotel doors. All the staff are extremely service minded and helpful and they have every service on the hotel. The breakfast is an american breakfast with a variety of choises, that is quite ok. The room standard is not 5-star class (as the hotel), and even if it was clean and the bed was very comfortable, the hotel loose one point on that. Book an room with river view and try to get one om the 9:th floor!

Jättebra central beläget hotell i Budapest Centrum. Ligger med en fantastisk utsikt mot slottet och Donau. Nära till andra sevärdheter som Parlamentet, Marknadsplatsen osv. Frukosten och servicen på detta hotell var riktigt bra. Väl värt pengarna!

Bra location
Fantastiskt bra location och riktigt sköna sängar. Reception hade trevlig personal samma med spa men i övrigt fick jg ingen bra servicekänsla trots att det var femstjärnigt. Lite besviken över spa. På bilderna såg det ut som det fanns jacuzzi vilket inte stämde

Room was not available for check in until after 4:00pm. It was supposed to be available at 3pm. We had to sit around in the lobby for over an hour while they sorted out the room for us.

Great selection at breakfast, it was very central and a short walk to places. The view was incredible and well worth having. The restaurant had an okay selection of food for lunch or dinner, so only ate there once sure our 4night stay.

Great location, near shopping area with many restaurants. Nice view of Buda castle from our room. Great service, and good breakfast. Hotel rooms are very old, small bathroom. Need renovation.

The Hotel is very well placed near the chain bridge and is clean and well run. The service is professional and extremely efficient. I have been to the hotel twice and will stay again.

unfortunately the spa was full of kids and their parents listening to loud youtube videos - kids were running around also in the sauna and steam room always opening the doors....

La mejor vista de Budapest. Nos tocó una habitación que veía al castillo de Buda, de verdad una vista Espectacular que recomiendo ampliamente si vas a esa hermosa ciudad. El hotel muy cómodo, limpio, la atención del personal buena. El desayuno super completo con muchas opciones para elegir. De ahi puedes caminar para conocer la zona de Pest y tienes todos los medios de transporte cerca para recorrer Buda tambien. Sin duda,si tenemos la suerte de volver , volveremos a ese magnifico hotel.

Excellent location and lovely hotel. A minor problem was the bed headboard meant it was really uncomfortable to sit up in bed and th3 pillows were too soft with th3 spare being like a brick.
