Simply excellent
The building regained its soul at least, after so many years. And what a soul it became! An old palace with bold interior design with the touch of XXI century. I was very happy to be there, enjoying the comfort, the hospitality and the fabulous design.IMHO the best hotel in Budapest.

It is an excellent hotel with very professional and helpful staff. I stayed for 3 nights, and the room was superior and very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, coffee is just right. I highly recommend this hotel.

A+ Stay here without hesitation!
Amazing hotel. The best one we stayed at in our entire trip in Europe. The only negative was one night we had the make-up room light clicked on but it was not done but that was only a very minor issue that didn't bother us or affect us at all as when we notified the front desk, they sent someone immediately The facilities on site was amazing! The turkish bath house, steam room, salt room and sauna + relaxation area was out of this world. The bed was the most comfy and luxurious bathroom made the stay absolutely perfect Thank you guys for having us

I never take the time to actually write a review but the staff at this hotel is truly extraordinary and the hotel itself is pretty good as well. The restaurant Spago is delicious - I had a Scallop Pad Thai that was amazing, and they served me even though the kitchen had closed 10 minutes prior. I had the 90 Minute Hammam Treatment at the Spa and it was an unbelievably luxurious experience. The concierge helped me book a private river cruise, a walking tour with a great guide and helped me book dinners outside the hotel - I didn’t tell them much about what I needed and yet they nailed it - notably my dinner at Borkonyha was AMAZING, I was truly overenthused by all the flavors, the wines. 10/10 would recommend, the room was really nice with warmed floors in the bathroom, japanese toilet and balcony with a great view. Must visit.

The views from our balcony was fantastic and the room was great. It was very convenient to shops and restaurants. We ate at the restaurant Spago which had delightful food. We also were able to have a cocktail at the rooftop bar - the atmosphere was amazing - My only suggestion is make a reservation so that you have the most optimal view of the city!

Genuinely elite hotel experience
This hotel is absolutely amazing. I’m known for brutal reviews on here. Loved this place. Room was awesome. Best hotel room of entire multi city trip. Would come back to Budapest and stay there again. Bed very comfortable, view amazing, food amazing- both room service and restaurant. Location awesome. Service, best I’ve experienced in awhile. Can’t say enough about how good this hotel is.

Amazing hotel, incredible combination of end-of the-century style and super modern technology in every room. Meticulously designed for comfort, this hotel emerging you into its charm from the second you walk-in inside the lobby. Beautifully design every corner, every hallway. Roof bar is its own story with absolutely spectacular view o the whole city.
