“Da unser Cottage ca 100m von der Durchgangsstrasse lag und es auf dem Grundstück viele Bäume gibt, war es extrem ruhig. Der Empfang durch Angela und ihre Katzen war sehr nett. Das Cottage selber ist bestens mit Herd/Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine (zum Empfang gab es Wilkommensportionen Kaffee :-) ), Wasserkocher und Toaster ausgestattet. “Great cottage. Really clean and well equiped. Wish we had booked more than one night.”

“The location is breathtaking, right on the ocean. We shared the large hot tub with our friends. The accommodation was large and had everything we needed. The owners were very helpful and nice to talk to. Due to the previous weather the beach was inaccessible due to the stairs being washed away. Breakfast is no longer an option at this location but we were provided with coupons for a couple of restaurants in the area, both were excellent, The Clucking Hen, especially.”

“Everything is good, the place is nice. The view from the window and the patio and dining room is fantastic. Since it is just ourselves (3 couples) and one couple from Virginia, we were so comfortable and relax. The person who attended to us is very nice. I was surprised when we found that she is the owner. Too bad, the place is being sold. I hope the quality of service will not change.”

“Interior as better than exterior. Room was clean and staff were friendly. I had read reviews that they weren't but didn't experience that. The room had a recent renovation and could had been done slightly better with the finish work. Biggest disappointment of was the dinning as it wasn't open when we arrived which was some what understandable given our late check in at 8:30 but there also wasn't any other restaurants within a 25 minute drive and they also close at 9”

“The dinner meals were amazing. I had halibut one night and salmon the next. It was served with fresh vegetables from the garden. I had soup and mussels as appetizers and both were fabulous. The breakfast was very underwhelming, cold frittata and French toast with Aunt Jemima syrup ,no fresh fruit as promised. Our server Pierre was polite, efficient and kind. My room,6a ,had a moldy smell. The a/c filters were caked with dust ( I cleaned them out myself) and the patio door to the outdoor did...
