“I would have given 5 stars but office manager wasn’t always accessible. The water would also go in and out at random times so we didn’t have water for showers. I did like that the beach was private and it’s a one minute walk. It was very quiet and secluded in comparison to the resorts. Very clean as well and we had our own pool. Would still highly recommend it. Wish the AC was stronger in the room as well. ”

“I absolutely loved this amazing quiet oasis. Marta and Mike were so friendly & accommodating. The villas were private, clean, & fully equipped with necessities to cook or eat out. Was able to have an in Villa massage by Phenomenal Mobile Massage. Close to the airport, activities, stores, & restaurants. Will be staying here again. ”

“The location of this property on Silly Creek provided absolutely beautiful views. We used the kayaks multiple times and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Taylor Bay is very close and the shallow and clear waters were perfect. The property manager and owners were extremely easy to communicate with and provided helpful tips in advance. We’re very happy we decided to stay on this side of the island.”

“Communication with property manager was excellent! The home was absolutely incredible. We had a group of five couples. The layout of the home fit our group perfectly. The pool area was amazing. House was stocked with essentials that lasted us the week. Need towel racks or hooks in the upstairs bathroom. No place to hang wet towels. Other than that, no complaints. Highly recommend this home!!”

“This property was a great way to experience TCI! Quiet and out of the way yet with lots to do within walking distance! We loved Luz, the property manager and met great new friends on the courtyard! The owners were quick to respond to questions and the unit was located perfectly for easy in and out! Highly recommend. Would say to rent a car if you want to go to town but that is easy enough to do at the airport. ”

“We have stayed on Sapodilla Bay before, but this villa blew us away! The functional living areas with views of the water, the setup and ease of use of the kitchen, the amazing pool. We had the most amazing week celebrating a 60th and a 1st birthday here! The weather was amazing, the beach and pool were used heavily. We didn’t want to come home! The house was perfectly clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there are tons of pool/beach floaties to use! We can’t wait to go back!”

“The best part of this unit is the pool area and the private beach access and beach chairs and umbrellas, as mentioned by other reviewers. No signage to the unit so hard to find initially. The unit itself is a small studio with large windows that unfortunately open to the neighbouring patio on one side and to the walkway to the upper unit villa and pool on the other, so curtains stay closed unless you like people looking in. “A great place! Close to the beautiful beach and restaurants. Ariel is the best host ever! Friendly, welcoming and helpful. Make sure you go on the catamaran-trip he can book for you. It's the best!!! Coffee and muffins by the pool every morning is great (except for my diet.....) Great with a full kitchen, but we didn't use it much (just for quick lunch) because of the high grocery-prices.
