You must manage your own luggage, be prepared for everyone to have their hand out for tips, for doing nothing, and don't expect to just tip in EGP, they don't want EGP they want US Dollars. You might think you are in Egypt, but everyone wants US dollars. They will quote you prices in US dollars and frown if you have EGP, their country's currency. Do not expect any customer service. Expect to not be able to check in until late, and you will be pushed out of your room early! The fruit bowl you might expect from a 5 star hotel will be rotten. Better get breakfast in the short window they provide, or else you will wait and wait to get a breakfast box! Don't expect any level of customer care or service, other than from the random trainee, who hasn't yet been broken into the way they run this "motel"-style transient stopover.
