“My wife and I looked for a brief escape to the mountains and found this gem at a very affordable rate in the offseason. From the very first moment we booked, we felt good about the decision. The communication with our hosts was great leading up to arrival and then perfect once there. They went beyond to fix a small issue we had upon checkin and even further after our departure, when they offered to mail me a remote control I had forgotten in the condo. “Honestly this VRBO was above and betond what we expected and hoped for. The host is so clear around what is expected for your stay, has instructions throughout the space around how to use things (TV, hottub, etc). The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. We werent traveling with kids but they also had ample kid supplies. Would absolutely recommend staying here!”

“What a great space for a quick mountain getaway for a few days! Everything from how clean it was to location to great communication from the owners made it a great space to be in.”

“Plates cups and glasses were available as well as some silverware. Tea and coffee provided for the first few days. Dishwashing liquid and shampoo and soap etc was all there and good quality. The gym was adequate with cardio equipment, weights and a pulley station. The room felt a bit tight bc and the AC unit took up a lot of space on the floor. No closet space as the only closet was locked.”

“We loved the parking garage, convenient and safe. With no housekeeping services all week, the floor seemed dirty after a few days. We didn't wear our hiking shoes in the unit and cleaned off other shoes. Our unit was warm and stuffy overnight, ceiling fan helped because the A/C unit was noisy. The kitchen is very nice, loved the full sized appliances. We enjoyed Canmore for its slower pace than Banff. ”

“The thermostat did not work, making the room too hot to sleep despite opening the windows.Several attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered.Left after one night of two night stay as I was feeling ill due to lack of sleep.Getting to room was an obstacle course due to mattresses in hallway from renovations.Hallways were filthy due to renovations.The room itself was fairly clean though. Can not recommend due to lack of management feedback or concern.”

“Worst place for the amount of money spent ever. We found used things you clean your ears with in the couch, sockets were falling out of walls, I got the whole hairdryer kn my hand when I tried to use it, the toilet paper holder also fell out from the wall. We walked with shoes because the carpet felt dirty. The place is more that outdated. The toaster needs to be replaced and one of the stove plates did not seem to work.”
