Tar lite förgivet att alla rum på ett sånt här ställe har balkong, men så var det inte..Mitt misstag. Finns ingen frukost eller restaurang, bara en snackbar. Ligger fint, precis vid stranden. Tyvärr är där väldigt stora o många stenar på botten. Så svårt att ta sig ut eftersom det är väldigt halt. Och när det blåser/stora vågor så får man inte bada i havet pga stenarna - och det gjorde det tyvärr när vi var där. Men finns ett ganska stort poolområde med solsängar. Finns ett mindre ställe rakt över gatan som man kan äta frukost, lunch o middag och även en supermarket. Hade valt annat hotell om jag vetat detta med stenarna i havet, för bada i havet vill man ju göra!

El hotel cumple con lo que vende por lo menos con respecto a la habitación que reservé, el servicio en el restaurante y albercas deja mucho que desear llegan a ser groseros incluso, la comida está bastante decente, los recepcionistas muy amables todos, la limpieza es maravillosa, la camarista qué nos hacia la limpieza es muy dedicada y hace un excelente trabajo.

The hotel receptionist was very rude to my wife. My wife arrived after my check-in and after arriving hot and tired, the last thing I wanted was to see the bad attitude the receptionist had towards her. She behaved rudely, she demanded that I come down, she did not welcome him or give him any necessary information.

The room was nice n has access to the beach. It’s very clean, the shower does have hot water I didnt had no problem the area was safe n there’s a store across the hotel where u can buy snacks n also sell food. The service from the hotel was great.

Staff were great to deal with and they had everything we needed. The 4 star instead of 5 is because it is an older building but they were working on fixing certain areas. The restaurant has great food and staff but could have been better on the "north american" style food selection but you don't come here to have hot dogs... which was on the menu. Probs for kids. All the home town selections were great... and they even bringing it to you POOL side. Overall a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival had to go back and fourth about paying for my room as i had a receipt saying i paid $200 if i did not argue i would have been charged another 200 USD easily. It Took a while for him to realize he was wrong. Then arrived early about 12 and still didnt get in our room til almost 4 we were told wait for security to take us to our room. Then we saw him take new people to their room before us and front desk tells us we can go ourselfs. Then we get a key but not the check in papers with all the info so have to go back for that. We were told The restaurant opens at 8am, was not until 12. However the food was good, and the pool area is nice. The room itself the sink oversprays EVERYWHERE and overflows. We were charged for a towel it had a corner of juice on it as we poured it in the sink but guess what it oversprays and fills up anytime you use it. Are the towels not washed already? I could have soaked that towel in the sink with soap and water and easily cleaned it. Also the building and doors and floors all seems like theyre falling apart. Not sure how so many high reviews, Id only stay here if others were not available. Service was nice i guess except for when you call them out on it. If you meed wifi dont bother its useless, even cable barely worked glad i finished my work before coming here. Not a fan

I would say that you get what you pay for. The hotel was affordable, and therefore we didn't have high expectations. However, considering the beautiful view that we can get (sunsets and the ocean view), it's disappointing that the building is so old and poorly maintained. It's about time they modernize it. Nonetheless, we appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the pools. We were pleasantly surprised that they cleaned our room during our stay. We also appreciated that they cleared the seaweed early in the morning on the beach. The food (croque madame and ciabatta sandwich) we ordered wasn't worth it. I wouldn't recommend eating there, especially if it's not included in your package. The staff was easily accessible, which we appreciated.

Was excellent except the director of the hotel she is very rude person doesn’t offer a customer services she doesn’t have manner even the employees have complain about her nasty person really desapointed for the administration of the hotel more they close the only restaurant at 8pm when people arrived evening time don’t have place to eat no servises room either the pool has a pool bar but the administrator don’t let the people smile loud even walk around with the drinks and the using plastic glass she is very unprofessional person not califa at all for the position please let them know I always book my vacation with you Expidia
