Hotell i Cancun

"Bra hotell sol nog skulle må bra av en renovering. Allt finns (pooler, gym, spa, barnpassning mm). Men allt känns som det borde uppdateras. Servicen är bra, alla är trevliga. Maten är ok, frukosten är svindyr och ok. Finns en starbucks inne på hotellet som är bättre värde för pengarna för frukost. Givet prisnivån i området är det dock bra valuta för pengarna. "

"This is a horrible hotel. Checkin process was a nightmare, huge lines to the desk and even though we were there at the checkin time we still had to wait an hour to get our room. The staff doesnt speak much english and most of them were'nt very friendly either. They don't honour their own opening hours in the bars or restaurants, which by the way serves very bad food. Breakfast buffe is a really LOUD and narrow where its impossible to get to the counters. You run into people everywhere. Food ok there though. We had a suite with pool access by the beach, but on our patio there was only one sunbed, so we asked 4 different people out of the staff if we could have one more (There were hundreds of unused sunbeds around the hotel) None of them understood and just referred to the front desk. The frontdesk says "not possible" so to use our own patio with semi-private pool only one of us could sunbathe at the time. Not very nice when you planned to keep to yourself and payed alot for this kind of room. This area is also supposed to be adult only, but no one in the staff makes sure this is followed so kids were swimming and running on our patio all the time. If you are thinking about having a shower, start it half an hour before and maybe you'll get hot water. And watch out for roaches! This place could have been so much better than it is. The property is beautiful and the beach is amazing. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else."

"Vi älskade hotellet. Rummet va stort och väldigt trevligt med både bord och stolar samt en soffa. Balkongen är rymlig även den där finns gott om plats både till sittplats men även egen privat bubbelpool. Personalen är för det mesta väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Serenity club va verkligen kanon, man har tillgång till 2 extra restauranger samt ett eget pool område. Maten är bra för att vara ett all-inclusive resort och vi gillade framförallt Satsu och Olios. Buffén däremot bör undvikas. Stranden är inte den bästa men poolen räcker upp för detta tyckte vi. Om ja ska hitta något negativt så är det väl möjligen läget (vi va dock nöjda) det ligger en bit från stan och lite närmare flygplatsen. Det går inte att gå till andra restauranger eller affärer utan då blir det taxi som gäller. "
