Mycket bra all-inclusive
Det bästa var maten samt serveringspersonalens glada humör. Aldrig en sur min trots all-inclusive. Det finns fem olika restauranger att välja på, enbart en med buffe, resterande med bordsservering. Alla restauranger har en egen inriktning, så maten var varierad. Hotellet ligger precis på stranden, så läget är perfekt. Poolområder var inte så stort, men vem bryr sig egentligen när den fina stranden och det varma havet ligger precis vid hotellet. Egentligen bara tre nackdelar, på restaurangerna var det ofra fullt med ca 45 minuters väntetid, vilket inte är ett problem om man vet om det. Nästa nackdel är reserveringar av solstolar, ofta fullt om man inte lägger ut handukarna vid frukosten. Den sista nackdelen är fiskmåsarna vid stranden som dyker upp så fort någon lämnar mat framme. Fördelarna är dock betydligt större än nackdelarna, kan definitivt tänka mig att åka tillbaka.

Everything about it was excellent. The only thing I would have asked for is ground transportation to and from the resort. For all that you pay to stay you shouldn’t have to pay 200 to get back and fourth to the airport

This resort is beautiful, and right sized so you don't feel like you are on an enormous and confusing property. The food was excellent. Small issue, not enough shaded seating on the beach, making it necessary to be there 6 AM to secure a good seat if you burn easy.

Staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Check in was very easy. Nice location, directly on the beach. Recommend a room with balcony overlooking the ocean. Two small caveats. First, bring your own shampoo and soap for the shower. The soap and shampoo provided didn't offer much lather and was difficult to pump due to the bracket that held them. Second, be cautious about additional charges for featured products. We ate at the Italian restaurant and received an extensive wine list. However, the cost for those wines was NOT included in the all inclusive room price. Similarly, there were dinner "specials" (tomahawk steak, seafood platter) that are an additional cost. Be cautious when anything special is offered, ask if there is an additional cost. Overall, it was a wonderful, comfortable, and clean place to stay,

Family friendly resort. Easy to navigate and very helpful & friendly staff. The beach was excellent. Most dining had options to dine right next to the beach.

Excellent service, very friendly staff. Food was good but drinks were horrible, all watered down, no taste. 1 small adult pool that was not very clean. Not much to do in the resort. The pool side and beach front cabanas had a high extra fee. I will not be back.

This property is relatively small for the amount of guests that it accommodates. Rooms are clean but small , bathrooms are not ventilated, pools are small and the worst part is the beachfront. There are very few beach chairs and umbrellas. You literally have to get up before 6 AM to get a chair under the umbrella. The staff is e very friendly and the property is very clean . The food was good even though the choices were somewhat limited. My wife had numerous insect bites which we couldn’t figure out which insects caused them. The transportation from the airport to the hotel with Mexican Travel Solutions shuttle was terrible, over one hour wait . I would go back only if they significantly improve the amenities on the beach and in the rooms.

First timr in Cancun and glad i made a choice to Wyndham Alltra! Staff are so welcoming and very pleasant. I travelled with my 9 yr old girl and she enjoyed the whole 5 days of stay! Camp for kids were very accommodating. Food is tasty from taco to Italian and sushi! Place very clean and rooms were cleaned everyday. Beach is heaven! Definitely this is a repeat adventure!

Very nice and clean property. Staff are so attentive and hard working. Lots of vegetarian food options in breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lots of bars with variety of drinks and liquor available. Very nice and clean beach front resort with fancy pool and cabanas, dedicated pool for children. Easily accessible from airport and downtown Cancun. Allowed us early check in by 3-4 hours. Highly recommend for someone with a family or even if its just girls trip or boys trip.

Great resort to bring your young family. Lots of fun things to do with the kids. The food is good and the service is great. The only negative I would mention is the fact that people reserve beach chairs for hours with use. Very frustrating when trying to enjoy the pool or beach. There needs to be a better system in that regards.

Not too bad of a place rooms clean, maids kept the rooms cleaned and stocked and always offered if there was anything else they could do for us. The daily entertainment pool side was was enjoyable at the resort. One downside I would have to say is minute we checked in they they already tried to upsell us for another room and when checked in they have staff that keep on trying to sell you something and would not be to bad; but after the daily hassle made us want to walk through the lobby as soon as possible to avoid them. Food on the Hotel was average, it was disappointing the local dishes were not all that great, I did understand the average/ below quality of the dishes not locally. There walls in the room are vary thin so you will hear all noises from your neighbors especially if they got kids.
