First of all the apartment we got was not the one from the photos and the location was different as well.

A terrible experience
My experience with this place is terrible and problems after problems. 1. The list address on hotels.com is complete different than the building address I am staying. 2. The picture of the room I booked is different than what I stayed 3. The shower drain had problems 4. The bed’s leg was broken, I got hurt because of it 5. The air condition is not working at all. The room is extremely hot and I got sweaty 6. The room is not clean, a lot of dusting 7. The blanket has bloody on 8. The bedding sheet was dirty 9. The worst is there is no water at on the forth days I stayed. I had to spend money to stay in another place!!

Dear Madam,We cannot accept your complaint because you made pictures of the damages you made yourself. It's a shaim!You find availbilities on a other hotel and you tried to cancel with a request of refund of your stay. We cannot accept it.Best regards
