“Modern, clean and well equipped villa with wonderful views. The villa is located under the owners property but was entirely separate and we were not aware of owner being there. Located in gated community. Great to have sole use of beautiful pool & bbq. Returning to England immediately after the stay we found the €800 cash deposit very inconvenient as we now have euros we can’t use, but other than that, everything was superb.”

“Het was een accommodatie met alles wat je nodig hebt. Kleine keuken en badkamer met een ruime slaapkamer en een hele grote tuin met een groot zwembad. Bij het zwembad waren ligbedjes met kussens aanwezig en wat plekjes om te zitten. Was ideaal! Alles was dichtbij, het strand was nog geen 5 min lopen, dit geld ook voor het openbaar vervoer en de winkel. De bussen reden best vaak en helemaal langs de promenade waardoor je overal makkelijk kon komen. Kort om een super fijn verblijf gehad!”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts were wonderful. However, the property is up a fairly steep hill. Being senior citizens, it was not very pleasant for us, at the end of the day, to have to climb this steep hill for about 10 minutes to reach the property. As Nice is hilly in many places, it may be typical of many properties- and nothing can be done about it.”

“Excellent location for the beach (stony beach below the apartment) , old town, full sea front, shops (5 mins to carrefour with fresh bread and fruit/veg) and train station. 10 minute walk through the gardens to train station and a 10-15 minute walk up to the port/beach. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby too. Good communication from the owner and Giovanna who checked us in. We were two 40 year olds and my in laws (80yrs and 86yrs). “Stayed here for the Rugby World Cup in Nice and we were recommended Antibes as a quiet alternative. Right by the motorway, easy access to Nice, Cannes and Monaco. We had a car and parking was available indoors at a cost. The hotel was excellent though. Clean, friendly staff, great rooms and a nice pool. ”
