Egen tvättmaskin
Vi hade underbara dagar på hotellet med härlig utsikt. Rummen var rymliga och ett stort plus med egen tvättmaskin.

Fantastiskt läge vid havet!
Läget mycket bra precis vid havet. En shuttlebus som tog oss tor in till Waterfront Kapstaden på givna tider.

Hotellet ligger off. Man måste ha bil. Stället behöver skötas om bättre, mycket är trasigt och det saknar kärlek och omtanke.

Boende som rekommenderas
Hjälpsam personal som hjälpte oss byta rum då det renoverades bredvid vårt rum. Bra utbud i restaurang, trevlig bar vid poolen samt lounge. Bra frukost, gratis parkering i garage. Går shuttlebuss från hotell och city, vilketr bra service om man inte har bil.

Nice hotel by the beach
Nice Hotel. By the Beach and with a small nice pool area. Rather far from city and waterfront area. Free transfers possible a few times a day but limited space.

Rundtur i Kap Staden
Bra service med transport till Waterfront.Vi hade hyrbil så vi åkte runt en del och uttjadecintd hotellet i stort. Inte stort utbud med restauranger i när området. Rummet var inte så bra städat. Det hade varit trevligare on Poolen på tredje våningen hade varit mer uppfräschad.

Fint pool område
Trevlig reception personal. Vi bodde i lägenhet hotell delen. Själva rummet var väldigt slitet. Trasiga kranar handtag o mattorna golv. Ingen Air condition är det väldigt konstigt att man inte har. Stekhett på nätterna. Olustigt o sova med fönstret öppet när vi bodde på nedre botten. Fint pool omfråde o trevlig o hjälpsam personal. Smidig gratis parkering där man stod i garaget.

Precis vid stranden
Bodde i lägenhet. Ok renlighet de städade inte varje dag av någon anledning. Poolerna var dåligt underhållna men personalen var mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga. Sängarna helt ok, önskat lite mjukare sängar. Roomeservice var jättebra och billigt. Dock fanns ingen wifi i allmänna utrymmen och man fick köpa wifi per MB som fungerade sådär. Fanns en dator i main reception man kunde låna för internet gratis. Läget på hotellet var vid stranden och ca 15min med bil till shopping ställen. Hotellet var vänliga med rimliga priser för tp med minibuss dit man behövde och ordnade alla utflykter som vi behövde åka på till rimliga priser. Hotellets restaurang hade fantastisk mat, baren helt ok med bra utbud.

Fantastisk utsikt
Det var ett mycket bra hotell. Servicen var bra, faciliteterna var bra. Det fanns flera poolområden, spa och gym avdelningar, sen är det nog en oslagbar utsikt mot Cape Town och Taffelberget. Enda minuset var den gigantiska kackerlackan som sprang omkring i vårt rum på morgonen när vi checkade ut.

HOTEL mycket bra, lägenheter sämmre
Bodde en natt på lägenhet, tyvärr inget bra. Bytte sedan till hotell rum. Helt kanon för priset. Rekomenderas. Även bra mat i restaurang.

Wow
Vi avslutade vår månadslånga Sydafrikaresa på detta fantastiska hotell. Fem minuters bilkörning från Kapstaden gör att man bor tryggt och har en underbar utsikt över staden - med Table Mountain som bakgrund. Polen ligger ner mot vattnet och vi avslutade våra kvällar i solstolarna och beundrade skådespelet när solen sakta gick ner och försvann bortom havet. Priceless.

Lagoon Beach Hotel, Kapstaden
Toppenbra hotell med ett fantastiskt utsikt över havet och Table Mountain. Bra service och rena snygga rum, åtminstone det jag bodde i. Enda minusposten är att det inte ligger inom promenadavstånd från centrum av staden men det har man löst med gratis shuttlebus till V & A Waterfront. Om jag får möjlighet att åka till Kapstaden igen kommer jag säkert att bo där igen.

Pro- the staff were friendly and helpful, beautiful sunsets Con- it is a little further away from other entertainment (restaurants, stores) but an easy uber ride to other parts to the city.

The views from this hotel are absolutely stunning. I recommend the ocean view room, as it has views of the mountains as well. This room is what made my stay here so perfect. If you want easy walking to restaurants and waterfront, this is not for you. But if you are happy to take extremely cheap Ubers to places, please treat yourself to this beautiful hotel. The views from the pool is stunning as well. I personally didn’t regret not including breakfast to my booking, as the other on site restaurant offered cheaper breakfast prices and in my opinion tastier (as I did pay for the breakfast buffet one morning).

Very nice hotel although I had to switch rooms as the patio door didn’t close and it was over the front entrance so was very noisy. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sonia at breakfast 😊 Convenient shuttle to V&A Waterfront which was really useful. Views across the sea and mountains were fantastic.

Not impressed
The beds are lumpy, we made the bed ourselves and could not get rid of the lumps. I was assured on arrival that I would not be required to change rooms ( i had a 3 night booking but later added 2 extra nihhts) if i paid for an upgrade, which i paid, however after 2 nights they insisted we change rooms. No body seemed interested that we had been lied too. A waste of money paying upgrade.

Annoyed and wasted money
I had booked 3 nights , but added 2 nights to this. When we arrived the lady on reception said that different room types were booked, so if we paid to upgrade we we could stay in the same room for our whole stay. However after 2 nights they insisted we changed rooms. A total waste of money. I Didn't what to change rooms i wanted to be in the same room for 5 nights. Didnt bother me if i had seaview or not, just did not want to change rooms. Crazy.
