The staff at this hotel are AMAZING! Capri in general is pretty expensive, so in comparison Suite Time was a great reasonably priced option. They have incredibly beautiful grounds with wonderful views. The rooms are fairly spacious and the location is a five minute walk to the city center.

Super disappointed with this property. We booked the two bedroom suite, but I would hardly call it a suite. Bedrooms and bathrooms in serious need of updates. The wall were dirty, windows old and wouldn’t close properly, air conditioner barely worked. The rooms themselves were dark, dank, and a bit creepy. The balcony you see in the pictures is actually shared with another room, just separated by some plants. I had some requests for the staff to fix a few things in our rooms and they aid they would but never did. Breakfast was slow and the male breakfast staff member seemed to be overworked and had an attitude about it.

Our room was full of black mold everywhere and pillows had no foam and the bed was super hard and uncomfortable. There’s a few reviews in other websites with the same issue. Please don’t waste your money. People were very nice, but cleanliness is a must for me. So, I would not recommend.

The property was close to where the taxi dropped us off.... maybe 300 feet to walk before you came to the small doorway in the stone wall that was the entrance to the property. It is marked but you have to be looking for it. We were only there for two nights and there was no room cleaning between the two days but that's fine. There was breakfast provided and it was adequate but not extravagant. Enough to keep you until lunchtime. It was a close, 5 to 10 minute walk to the main part of the area/town which had plenty of shopping and restaurants. You can pick up the walkway that leads to the naturale arch or you can take the long hike around the southeastern part of the island, which is gorgeous with many beautiful views. It has a LOT of steps at one point and it will challenge you but if you make it to the top, there is a great restaurant that overlooks the sea and you can catch your breath. Anyway, this was a nice room, good location....not high end, but definitely a good place. Again, the entrance is small and it leads out to the edge of the road, but it's not a problem. Don't expect some marbled steps and palm trees.

Super chambre pour Capri
Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce logement situé à Capri. Il est très bien placé car vous pourrez vous rendre à Capri à pieds en quelques minutes et prendre les bus pour la Marina ou Anacapri très facilement. En ce qui concerne l’hôtel vous pouvez vous fier aux photos, Luigi qui était à l’accueil est très agréable et vraiment aux petits soins pour un super petit déjeuner. La chambre était plus spacieuse que prévu avec une superbe vue sur mer. Le prix est très correct pour Capri et pourtant tout était parfait !! Pour un bon moment sur l’île aucune hésitation je recommande vraiment c’était nickel. Bon séjour aux prochains. Kenavo

Hôtel de charme idéalement situé sur Capri
Un hôtel très charmant avec un emplacement idéal sur l’île. Très proche du centre de Capri, avec station de bus à 2min à pieds. La propriété est très agréable et très bien entretenue. Les chambres sont très bien décorées. Les chambres du RDC sont mignonnes, mais celles vue mer sont splendides. L’hotel bénéficie d’un jardin intérieur magnifique pour lire et se détendre sur des bains de soleil, et jouir d’une superbe vue mer. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et assez varié. Le directeur de l’établissement Luigi est d’une gentillesse extrême et se fera un plaisir de vous donner les bonnes adresses de l’île ! Je recommande sans hésitation. Très bon rapport qualité-prix, non négligeable sur Capri où tout est relativement cher !

Great easy location and price.
It was a great place to stay. The staff were super nice and accommodating. Beautiful setting. Great view. Great area to stay in. Comfortable bed and pillows, very large room that was quiet. Great breakfast with fresh eggs! Very friendly service. Take the gondola straight up from the Marina Grande when you get there. Super easy.

Grosszügige Zimmer, jedoch lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Lage ist zentral in Lauf-Distanz zu Capri-Stadt aber auch neben Hospital und einer der Hauptstrassen. Zimmer hatte Blick aufs Meer, was echt toll war. Cristina war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ihr Kollege war eher das Gegenteil. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für Capri.

This was an amazing stay for us! The service was great and available every time we reached out for assistance. Our room had a beautiful view of Capri and was very comfortable.
