“Rummet bestod av en minilägenhet som nog har sett sina bästa dagar men ändå charmigt. Frukosten serverades i ett mycket trångt utrymme men det som serverades var helt OK.”

“Detta är ett intressant ställe. Huset är egentligen avsett för större fester, som bröllop m.m. Då kan man hyra hela huset på egen hand. Inredningen är den totala motsatsen till skandinavisk minimalism. Vi har inget att klaga på, allt fungerade bra.”

“Great location, especially if you want to be around The Lodge at PB. Nice views of the bay as the property is on a hill. Nice bathrooms and home interior plus a nice bbq gas grill. Towels, linens and bedding were nice. FYI to reviewers considering: My recollection of the other showers including ours in the guest house was they were bathtub showers, not walk-ins, so if someone considering has mobility issues, know that it's pretty big step over into the tub.”

“Perfect place to stay to see our daughter at DLI. She was able to stay with us for the weekend and found the Murphy bed comfortable. The kitchen & living room tables were perfect for playing family games that we brought with us and the grill and hot tub were awesome. Location worked well to explore Big Sur & Monterey. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again if we came back.”

“Very nice accommodations and nice deluxe touches such as the Nespresso machine. My wife also love the tub and the bed was very comfortable.”

“We stay at this guest house at least yearly and it never disappoints. The host is very thoughtful and has made sure everything is available for your stay. The Keurig coffee machine even has a “shot” size that is perfect for a packet of instant oatmeal. The location is quiet with great onsite parking and is centrally located so it’s easy to get to any of the Monterey Bay area attractions. Seaside has grown and there are excellent restaurants and brewery in town.”

“We liked everything about this classic, updated motel. Service was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. We had a standard, amply-sized room with a fireplace as a bonus, at an affordable rate. Feels like a mid-century California coastal motel, in a row of similar places down the road. It was a little bit of a walk, not terrible, to the downtown and Cannery Row locations. We walked throughout of our 3-day stay without trouble. We'd stay at the Arbor Inn again to visit lovely Monterey.”

“Our experience at this hotel was terrible. It was impossible to contact them before arriving. When we did arrive after 6 hours in the car they would let us use a restroom and it would be 3 hours until check in. The woman kept adding a day to my stay. And as I requested a downstairs room for the 5th time she put me upstairs. Another woman working said they need a downstairs room. So finally we did get the downstairs room.
