Buenos días estimada, lamentamos mucho los hechos que haya pasado en nuestro hotel. Infortunadamente y debido a que en su habitación permaneció el cartel de no molestar, no pudimos ingresar a esta, aún cuando se lo solicitamos para poder hacer la revisión de los ácaros. Lastimosamente para nosotros es bastante penoso recibir este tipo de comentarios sobre todo porque quisimos dar solución a su inconveniente y no pudimos hacerlo por no permitirnos ingresar.Esperamos que en una próxima visita nuestro personal pueda ayudarle con sus inconvenientes, siempre y cuando recibamos de su parte la mayor colaboración. Dear Msr D’nai. We really apologize for the inconveniences that you had in our hotel, however we want to clarify the following things:• Checking our security cameras, we can see that the delay on your check in was because another people arrived at the same time so my co-worker attended in order of arrival, that's the reason why you had to wait for your room.• Regarding the All-inclusive policies unfortunately it couldn't be explained in English and you can't understood it in Spanish. In Expedia web site says that it may apply restrictions and it have to be explained at the front desk in your check in time, due to the Expedia policies we can't put on the web site the information about the beverage schedule, the snack time, the places where the all-inclusive apply.• Regard to the payment in USD, were accepted them with authorization.• Beside we are very worried about the bit that you said, we want to know what type of bit it was, which animal bit you, how are you feeling at this moment because we didn't know about it during your stay and we didnt give any attention
