I went into the night with high hopes, but cockroach infestations and black mold had us switching rooms not once but TWICE! High key sketchy area too.

The room assigned was very stinking of urine and the bedspreads were dirty where they were not changed and it was something very unpleasant and hasty.

The bed was like a prison bed springs in your back very uncomfortable very small room looked nothing like the pictures and by the way people live there it’s a busy place the staff told me all the towels were gone it’s first come first served on towels not a good look

The room was small (not a bad thing), but very comfortable. The tv was hung on the wall and articulated making it easy to watch while laying down. There are a lot of dining options within walking distance. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars was that there were a small group of migrant men outside when I checked in at 4pm working on an industrial generator in front of their room. That was 3 doors down from mine. They didn't turn it on or make any noise, but it wasn't the place to be working on equipment.

I reservation for a non-smoking room but the smell is dirty bad and the lady in the check in office is rude and as up so ridiculous. I book for 1 night stay but this place is so bad that I have to leave and check out at midnight. Won't be back and will not recommend this place

Asked lady at counter if I left my ID there. She looked at all the IDs and said "nah ain't none of these yours". Waited till the next day when someone else was behind the counter and asked again, it was there. First lady just didn't bother to ask for my name to verify andy of the lost IDs were mine. Roaches could be seen in the rooms.

The outside lights in front of my door were flickering all night. The door did not close very securely. Cops were often circling or in the parking lot. Overall it wasn't horrible, but I wouldn't book here again.

The water smelled like swamp. I had to clean sludge off the shower head before i could shower. The room was dusty. The floors where dirty and unmopped. The ac unit ran good but was broken. The only clean things was the bed and refrigerator area

DON'T STAY HERE!!!
ROACHES EVERYWHERE OMG!!! Call the health department immediately! The beds are awful, mattresses are from 1990 with springs popping out. No stoppers for the tub kids can't take bath. Bed linen had blood stains and dirt that won't come out. The towels and wash cloths had black stains on them. Good location, plenty of restaurants and shopping stores within walking distance. Never needed any maintenance so can't comment on the team. Front desk staff all but one were amazing. BEWARE OF RHONDA at the front desk. Nasty attitude, rude to everyone, very cold hearted. I thought for a short time it would be a decent place to lay my head, I'd rather sleep in my car. Cigar wrappers everywhere on the ground meaning plenty of weed smoker's on the property. I saw a lady of the evening 4 times during my stay go into different rooms with the same outfit on. Prostitution? I wish I saved the photos I took in the room, but every photo had roaches and it was just too nasty to look at. DON'T STAY HERE!!! Up the road 3 miles away across from the mall is a Extended Stay same price, bigger rooms and they provide cook wear, dishes and utensils. Don't waste your money or time. Supposedly the management changed, but the problems didn't. Pass It On!

Bad service and bad upkeep
Reserved a 2 double bed room but clerk gave me a one bed room and argued with me that I didn't book 2 beds until I proved it. I asked for 4 towels instead of 2 and she assured me that there would be enough towels but there were only 2. When I came back they said the office is closed so I'll have to try again in the morning. I came back in the morning and the clerk said she was alone and couldn't sent anyone to get them. I asked her to close the office and go get them herself. She finally did. The room and the place smells like smoking and the bed had candy wrappers in it. Also the shower was cross wired so cold water was coming with the know turned to hot

What a nightmare. The deplorable conditions of Room 311 were so bad that I had to buy cleaning supplies so I could take a shower in the disgustingly filthy shower. Lamp shades looked like they were pulled out of a dumpster. One tiny trash can in a “Studio” room. Zero amenities. I had to take photos to get a refund from Expedia which I still have NOT RECEIVED to support my decision to vacate the property. Primarily due to cockroaches climbing the walls and in the sinks. Not to mention cockroach body parts on the sheets. THIS IS NOT A SANITARY HOTEL and it is an EXPEDIA FAIL that they have not reviewed or monitored their representation of this locale. Oh! Might I mention I came here for a funeral and I really hoped to have had a better experience after 36 hours of travel!!!

Not going back again
Check in was smooth and quick. Our double room only had two towels and there were three of us. I went to ask for one more towel and was told I wasn’t supposed to get any more, but the desk clerk gave me a towel. The other matter was the bed. The mattress on the bed was extremely worn out and I could feel the springs inside the mattress when I sat on the bed. Needless to say I spent a very uncomfortable night on that bed.

Staff is very nice they try their best with what they are given, now the manager she is rude, always has attitude with guest and staff. Ive been here for a couple months and we avoid interacting with her because she is just an unhappy human, i feel bad for staff because they must deal with such a negative person the rooms are not clean has dirt built up in bathrooms like they have never seen actual cleaning solutions so we had to buy bleach and disinfect place ourselves. Wifi is horrible oh did i mention roaches yeah actual property owner should come here and do a better job in maintaining this place if they really care about their guest but if they dont care then their doing great. For awesome front desk staff except manager thanks for trying, for the room and maintenance staff we greatly appreciate you for trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible
