It would be good for future renters to know that there are 2 bedrooms downstairs with a bathroom and a loft upstairs with 4 beds and a bathroom. “The location was very convenient to Shasta Lake and all the boating experiences you can think of. Also a 15 minute drive to Shasta Lake Caverns tour which I recommend.
