Jättebra service!
Utmärkt vistelse nära Santa Maria de Leuca. Fräscha rum. Utmärkt service från all personal. Mycket bra frukost. Tyvärr öppnade inte restaurangen förrän 1 juni och då hade vi rest. Vi köpte dock god enkel lunch vid poolen.

Moderne, kleinere Anlage mit sehr schönen Zimmern, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Extrem ruhig, zumindest im Oktober bei geringer Auslastung. Keine Autos nahe den Wohneinheiten, sehr angenehm. Nicht alle Zimmer liegen gleich gut, wenige Zimmer nahe dem Pool oder mit Terrassen nahe den Wegen zum Restaurant/Bar/Pool sind nicht ganz so gut positioniert. Wenn möglich, unbedingt Zimmer mit Terrasse oder Balkon buchen.

L'architettura della struttura, gli profumi di vegetazione che fa da cornice alla struttura, collazione eccellente, i dolci fatti dallo che Luca (vero maestro), insomma sto cercando qualche cosa di negativo ma non riesco a trovare nulla. Tutto perfetto, dalla accoglienza , gentileza del personale fino (aime) purtroppo checkout che sarei evitato molto volentieri. Da raccomandare assolutamente.

This is a well-run, friendly, nicely constructed "village-style" property not far from Santa Maria De Leuca. The architecture is reminiscent of the area (pseudo-trulli style). The staff is capable of speaking multiple languages, by their estimate, and many spoke English quite well though I would have been happy if they let me struggle with my less than proficient Italian. The rooms are very nicely done. They deserve an "excellent" status for their comfort, design, and function. Also, the availability of international TV and good internet are big pluses. I have only one "gripe" with this property. they purposely photographed the pool with a wide-angle lens to "fool" customers to think it's a large pool. I lap swim so i thought I'd be able to there. However, it's a small pool, about 30 feet long or so. Lap swimmers will be disappointed as I was since it was the primary reason I selected this option. However, I wouldn't want their deliberately misleading photography lead the reader to believe this is not a good property. It is and the breakfasts are super-well organized with plenty of variety. My adivise: don't mislead people. It makes them upset and, sometimes, angry. I'm not. It's not the first time I've experienced deliberate misleading photography.

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay. Stop. Stay here. I've been to over 26 countries and all over Italy 3 times over, and this was by far one of the best places Ive ever stayed. The hotel staff go above and beyond ( helped me with my bags on their golf cart, gave me my own wifi router so it was strong enough for my work, booked my PCR test etc) The rooms are large, relaxing and nicely designed. The property is beautiful! The infinity pool overlooking the olive orchards , the sun sets right on the pool. The restaurant breakfast was incredible and plentiful. They had the cutest family of cats living on the property (mom,dad & kittens) oh so cute. I could go on forever and ever. But just take my word for it, and stay here. I will be back again!!

Fantastic hotel
The hotel and people were fantastic. The problem was finding the hotel. They need more signs in the surrounding streets showing how to get to the hotel. Neither google maps or a gps in the car recognize the address which makes it difficult to find. People at the hotel just fantastic.

Zimmer + Pool sind gut. Frühstücksbereich fällt dagegen ab. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass dieser Bereich schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist, während die Zimmer architektonisch Topp sind. Passt nicht so ganz zusammen.

Great hotel in a very quiet location.
We enjoyed 5 days at the hotel and had a car so it was easy to get out to different places in the day and different restaurants at night. Very relaxing time, we had two lovely large rooms with super air-conditioning. Bathroom facilities like new. Fabulous little patio area right outside our doors with table, chairs and a drying rack for towels. Outside bar area was pleasant to sit in and read out of the sun, loungers and towels by the pool were great. Pool was far smaller than expected unfortunately so not much swimming - 5 strokes and you are at the other end. Also very shallow all the way across. The restaurant was lovely - we tried it the first night as we arrived quite late. Very little choice but for a small hotel that is to be expected. Food was delicious as was the breakfast every day. We were hoping to cycle and kayak and be a bit sporty but the hotel could only offer 3 bikes (we're a family of four) and other than pricey all day boat trips there was little else in the nearby town. We went in July and the beaches were overcrowded. Literally no sand to be seen for people. However, if you want a relaxing base that is close to a local town, beaches and a reasonable drive to places like Lecce and Gallipoli this hotel is great.

Um hotel lindo, uma atmosfera deliciosa.
O hotel é muito novo, o quarto é muito bem mobiliado e decorado, além de extremamente limpo. Ficamos em quarto familiar, espaçoso e com uma ótima varanda. O ambiente do hotel é excelente, com varias árvores frutíferas e muitas flores, a parte que mais gostamos! Café da manhã com muita variedade. Piscina gostosa. Serviço muito bom com funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. O único contratempo que tive é que (talvez por engano) reservei um quarto familiar com capacidade para 2 adultos e 2 crianças mas na reserva registrou somente o casal, então me cobraram uma taxa adicional para as 2 crianças, o que encareceu bem o custo final da estadia. Em relação ao hotel, porém, somente coisas ótimas para falar. Recomendamos MUITO para famílias.

Resort immerso nel verde, con una magnifica piscina tranquilla, camere bellissime e confortevoli con patio , colazione in giardino, e tutto questo a 5 minuti dalla movimentata S. Maria di Leuca. Ottima base per visitare le spiagge delle Maldive del Salento. Personale gentilissimo. Ci torneremo!

Classy hotel surrounded by olive groves
Rustic chic with quiet, well equipped rooms. Very nice pool. A good base to explore Santa Maria de Leuca- take advantage of the bikes the hotel offers, best way to get around the city and beaches.

Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni presso il Montiro' hotel e siamo stati benissimo. La struttura e' nuova e immersa in un parco naturale che garantisce tranquillita' pur essendo vicini al paese. Camere bellissime, noi eravamo in una superior con splendido balcone arredato con poltrone e tavolino affacciato sugli ulivi. Luna e Giovanna della reception gentilissime e preziose nel dispensare consigli x spiaggia e luoghi da visitare. Colazioni al mattino FANTASTICHE con dolci, frutta, biscotti, croissant tutto rigorosamente fatto dallo chef Andrea e accolti in sala magistralmente dalla metre Franca, una ragazza super energica e di una simpatia unica. Nota particolare la merita il ristorante per la cena: piatti raffinati, curati e sicuramente di alto livello! Lo consigliamo caldamente

Credevo fosse un luxury, invece era in "calesse"
Molto deluso mi aspettavo tutt'altro, ossia mi aspettavo di trovare servizi da hotel a 4 stelle invece è un hotel allo sbando. L'unico servizio veramente da 4 stelle (se non 5) è il servizio colazione e cena. Credo che il problema sia di organizzazione, le potenzialità ci sono (camere ottimamente rifinite, ambienti raffinati e di gusto). Credo che non ci sia una figura apicale quale è il direttore d'albergo poiche' le piccolezze nelle quali si sono persi denotano proprio tale mancanza. Tanta bona volonta' da parte del personale ma senza un direttore, quindi senza una guida e una persona che si prendere le responsabilita', NON possono pretendere di farsi pagare come un 4 stelle lusso PRO Sembra di trovarsi un un grazioso piccolo borgo rurale Ottime rifiniture e ricerca dei materiali dell'epoca con un attenzione alle nuove tecnologie edili CONTRO - Mancanza nelle camere di: numeri utili interni (numero della Reception; numero del Ristorante..etc..etc...) ed esterni (Guardia Medica, ospedale....etc..etc..); istruzioni TV; indicazioni orari (colazione, prenotazione al ristorante...); poggia sapone del bidè (seppur richiesto,dopo aver atteso il dovuto approfondimento da parte del personale della Reception,la risposta è stata "NON è previsto..."); possibilità di avere cuscini bassi (NON è previsto);stendino - Riassetto stanze oltre le 13,00 (e se torno dal mare prima?) - ore 14,40 tagliano l'erba con relativo rumore (accaduto anche alle 7,50) - spesso non rispondono al telefono

Indimenticabile!
Ho soggiornato una settimana in questa struttura e sono rimasta davvero estasiata. Situato a pochi minuti dal centro di Leuca ma estremamente riservato e tranquillo perché immerso in un parco naturale, che regala un paesaggio meraviglioso. Proprio per garantire la salvaguardia del territorio le stanze sono inserite in case di pietra, arredate con gusto e cura. Per qualsiasi richiesta ci sono le adorabili ragazze della reception, Giovanna, Luna e Simona che hanno sempre fatto di tutto per assecondare le nostre richieste e darci consigli sui luoghi da non perdere. La ciliegina sulla torta è il ristorante! Sia a colazione che a cena sarete accolti con professionalità e cortesia da Franca (che amerete dal primo giorno) e assaggerete dei piatti eccellenti, pieni di sapore, che delizieranno vista e palato, preparati dallo chef Andrea Catalano. Sicuramente consigliato.
