Hmmm
hmm... Wifi horrible, worked on & off maybe 40%. Told them a few times and a guy came and tried to fix it, but no. Times when I couldn't use it for 6 hrs (maybe more since I stoped trying), so if you are there for business like me.... 10% on Food & Beverage??? NO! NOT deducted,and when I claimed it the hotel said I already checked out, and next time when I told them they said only on one occasion.... I WAS COMPLETELY FOOLED! Not much money, maybe 1,500 PHP all in all for my 3 stays. Anyway don't trust the information in Hotel.com's website! Hotel and Hotel.com has to come to an agreement! Restaurant like a playground, people sitting and doing their office work or conference and bringing own food, so I guess it was hotel staff? A piano in the corner was used by people that couldn't play. NOISY! And nobody seems to care. In the background a relaxing and soft music was coming out from the speakers.... hahaha. Pity! Spanish omelette was a filling of spicy groundbeef (spanish omelette = potatoes and union), hamburger was horrible, BUT Pancit Canton was nice ;) Friendly and attentive staff most of the time w/ the lack of above. Housekeeping very good & attentive! MERRY XMAS!

Nära till shopping
Bra ställe att övernatta på, bodde två nätter då vi varvade med shopping på närliggande Ayala Mall och sedan en tur till Kawasan falls, hotellet fixade privat chaufför. Inget fönster på rummet dock och luktade lite av rök.

ハウスキーピングの時間帯が不定で、部屋の清掃をしてもらえない事が何度もあった。連絡してもいつ来てくれるかわからないため、連泊で部屋でゆっくりしたい時もあったが、落ち着いてくつろげなかった。

The place was nice, probably in 2005, but now it's rundown, hasn't been attended to in a very long time. All the joints in the bathroom are moldy, carpet is old, AC stunk the Room the first 6 hours, there's no showerhead, it's just a pipe sticking out the wall, I've had 5 different type of bugs, wifi is no good, no hand towel, no soundproofing it feels like your sleeping with the motorbikes. It's not good, keep looking, I'm sure the area has better to offer

Always a pleasant stay at castle peak.
I've been using this hotel since 2017 and have stayed numerous times and each time have enjoyed my stay and the staff there. Always so friendly and courteous at the front desk and all of the other stuff is always looking to help you. I love starting my day in the restaurant with the fruit platter.

Pretty nice hotel but needs some maintenance. Internet quality is poor, tv barely works, water pressure was low, lukewarm shower, sink faucet falling off, toilet flush kept getting stuck, safe batteries dead... some attention to detail needed. Also, staff refused to provide extra towels for the tiny pool. But, generally nice for the price and could be a gem with a little effort.

It was super fast for check-in and check-out. The room was clean and everything is well-organized. Only one thing I gotta say is a light is out of order. Except that, everything was perfect.

I have been to Castle Peak for my third visit this year, the reason I keep coming back, is they have Fox News on the TV, which most Hotels don't have. My last visit had no Fox News on TV, which is very disappointing.

It’s not so quiet actually. It’s located on a very busy street so there’s constant street noise of honking. The housekeeping staff communicate by walkie talkie which they keep at an unreasonable high volume. You can hear the entire staff conversations from up and down the hallways. This goes on for HOURS everyday. It’s extremely difficult to take a nap here. There were no batteries in my room safe, so I locked everything in my luggage. I then requested room service. The housekeeper did NOT put batteries into the safe even though it was left open with the empty battery compartment easily seen. She also didn’t clean the coffee cups or replace the coffee packets/creamers/sugar. They don’t really care about their reviews. There was a problem for 3 days with another guest smoking in their room. The stench was annoying and I was developing a sinus & ear infection. When I repeatedly complained, they offered to provide air freshener. That is not effective in cleaning the air. They offered to put me in a different room, which was also unacceptable because I was on the 7th floor and didn’t want to be moved closer to the street noises on a lower level. It’s hard enough to sleep as it is. Basically they don’t enforce the no smoking rule and don’t care if other guests are annoyed by the smokers or their noisy communication with ridiculously loud walkie talkies.

Great location, nice people, good food. Laundry shop and convenience store are nearby. 9th floor bar has a great view along with drinks and food. The whole hotel suffers from delayed maintenance, but if you can look past that this is the place to stay in Cebu.
