Clean hotel with nice staff
I travelledto 7 countries in my trip while Philippines was one of them. This hotel in Cebu was the best one of all thehotels I have booked in those countries. All the personal of the hotel staff were very kind, helpful, respectful, humble and simple. If we asked any question to them about trip, restaurant .........etc so they answered us in a very richful way to help us. The hotel rooms was very clean with comfortable bed and bathroom. There was saftey box in our room to keep our belonging in it. Iam thankful to them and recommend my friends to stay there if they travel to Cebu. I have a plan to travel to Cebu after some months, for sure I stay at the same hotel. And the price was cheap for the room.

Tog en moped från hamnen, chauffören fråga en person vart hotellet låg, så inga problem att hitta. Vi kom dit ganska tidigt och incheckningstiden var inte förens vid 2, men vi fick vatten och han i receptionen rekommendera några restauranger. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma och bar alla väskor. Vi fick checka in i rum 205 ett litet rum, men mysigt, med fräscha vita lakan, 2 stora fönster och fläkt. Vilket passar oss perfekt. Ett bra område som är tyst, inga höns/tuppar. Vi bokade 2 nätter här men kommer förlänga 6 nätter till. Minus är dock att frukost inte ingår samt att fläkten är lite högljud när man ska sova.

Ett bra hotell!
En fantastisk vistelse som skulle vara bara 3 nätter men jag bokade 4 extra nätter. Rent snyggt hotell med mycket bra personal som man blir kompis med om man bor där några dagar. Jag och min förlovade ger 5 stjärnor av 5 möjliga.

Air conditioner wasn't working and wifi is on and off although the hotel staff was very helpful but they have limits of what they can do in their logistics. Owner should upgrade those facilities. Disappointed that it was rate 8 in Agoda but has not uphold it in reality

The hotel has the bare minimum. The facilities and amenities are super old and degraded. The towels are very used. The shower drying towel was in shreds and dirty. The AC was super old. The sheets were clean but very old. The room smelled. They didn’t have sink soap, as they directed me to use the shower get that was fixed in the wall in the shower. Constant smell from the kitchen downstairs. And the area is terrible.

Definitely not worth the price. "King" bed was 2 twins pushed together, not very comfortable. Hot water went out twice, water kept leaking in the bathroom. Noisy construction in the adjacent parking garage that sent exhaust through the vents. Ant problem, couldn't leave food out at all. Breakfast was bland. Staff was friendly and helpful, but that's about the only upside.

Reasonable hotel but quite basic. Close to Robinsons Mall at The centre of Cebu with lots of eating places to choose from and a reasonable spit to be based for tours

It would be better if there’s free hairdryer.
It would be better if there’s FREE hairdryer in the room. And we had contacted the hotel for pick up service,but no one came to the airport... Anyway,the price is good and the room is clean.

I asked for two days to get a second key to no prevail. I had to have housekeeping let me in to my room. The first key was used to keep air conditioning on it was super hotel and no ventilation. The window had an awesome view of the utIlity corridor which was extremely hot as well. Strange odor in room as well and I got sick after two days. I think something was bad in hotel. I never get sick felt fine next day. The food was good and would recommend the breakfast . Loved the black rice and thick bacon.

This is a 3 star hotel with 5 star service. I booked a standard room with a queen bed. The bed actually was more of a king size (two twins together). The room had a window, but no view. The view was of an interior building passage - nothing to look at. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. I would stay here again for the staff alone. Breakfast was included with my room rate and is open all day. Yes - you can get the breakfast all day and it is made-to-order as opposed to a typical buffet style. The location was very convenient. Walking distance to Osmena circle, restaurants, grocery, pubs. Super easy to catch a taxi, habal-habal, or Jeepney around the hotel or at the circle. My flight arrived very late (1 am) and the front desk had my paperwork and ready for me when I arrived at 2 am. I have no hesitation recommending Pillows for anyone looking for a quality stay at a reasonable rate.
