"helt ok hotell med trevlig personal o bra rum. Men vi uppgraderade oss så att vi hade en balkong, och den städades aldrig, vilket resulterade i att varje gång man gick ut där o in igen så blev det helt svart på golvet"

"This is our second time here, first time we got married here so we didnt have time to enjoy all the aspects of the hotel but this time we really enjoyed what the hotel has to offer. Great service, great food and great facilities which is perfect for us with 2 younger kids. We will definitely be back here! Downside was in Cowrie Cove restaurant, we asked if the "big plates " menu included any type of carbs or of we needed to add side orders. Unfortunately the staff informed us wrongfully so we ended up ordering too much which was a shame. Our big plates had carbs included so we were too full to eat our side orders. Its a shame and a waste of food and our money."

"First to know is that the bech is not at the same place as the hotel it's 15 minutes away with there shuttle. They will charge you 1000 peso if you bring your own food or drink to the room. Food I can understand but drink? Who are they to decide what I drink?? Since they don't have a lot of choises and not any of what I like to drink I did not buy any in there overpriced minibar. The room was not clean when we arrived so they had to come and clean the floor. Good that there restaurant served very good food, there cheef is a keeper and deserve a rais."

"Very clean and nice hotel. Really friendly and polite staff. Great rooms, and a real value for money. Everything was super! Nice pool. Hugh breakfast buffet. A lot to choose but a bit lack of fresh fruits and not so many alternatives if your allergic. "
