At the time of this review, hotels.com lists "laundry facilities" as an amenity. This is not accurate. They do have "laundry services" and they will do a fantastic job with your laundry if needed. The hotel sits behind the Gaisano Country Mall and it is a very easy walk to shop. Plenty of different places to eat. Feels safe, and if you need...

“Ensamresande. Frukosten var en katastrof. Poolen är okej men inga riktiga solplatser för en soldyrkare som mig. Men hotellet är i toppskick och personalen var jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma på alla sätt och vis. Om jag skulle stanna en längre period här i Cebu City så hade jag valt detta hotell igen.”

“Property is new, clean, roomy. Can cook and wash clothes. This is not a hotel so you cannot arrive early and leave your luggage while you explore. The condo manager left us the wrong keys after checking in so when we returned after eating, shopping, etc. we could not get back into our room. It took about an hour for the front office to locate the condo owner/manager and her to finally arrive with the right keys. No apology for inconvenience. The drain in the master shower did not work. So water...

“The unit itself has great facilities and situated in a very convenient location. The owner/caretaker is also nice. What I just don't like is they put platic sheets right under the thin bedcover...very uncomfortable. The plastic sheet is also torn into half so it moves, i couldn't sleep and their blankets are thin so you have to turn off the ac so you wont feel cold..the room slippers provided are also dirty and stinky. But the unit is nice and clean. Hotels.com doesn't also tell you that there...

“Lägenhetshotell i cebu. Liten pool med sol till ca 14:00. Vi bodde på våning 5 i en fräsch lägenhet. Wi-fi var bra. Bra säkerhet. Hotellet ligger i gränd i ett mindre bra område. Man ville helst ta en taxi om man skulle gå ut. Ca 10 minuter promenad till ett stort shoppingcenter.”

I asked one of the guard where our Room Is located, He just used his mouth/lips to point I didnt know What he was doing.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL😡Not even telling us which building our Room Is located . NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! The lady that was helping us at first ,She let us wait outside For awhile & was Really HOT so thats why we asked the guard instead STIILL NOT HELPING AT ALL !!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !!!STAFFS NEEDS TRAINING .. ”

“I stayed in two bedroom apt this place needs a lot of improvements. The ac was dusty, we have to buy our own sponge and soap to wash our dirty dishes it doesn’t have any shampoo or toiletries, check in is inconvenient waited for almost an hour. We have to use the same towels total of 4 for 4 days of stay and no housekeeping and charge the dirty towels upon checked out. ”
