Very nice property
This property and the hosts served our needs well. It was very clean, close to cefalu, csmpofelice and castelbouno and a walk to the beach. Alfie and Guspeppi were very attentive hosts. Would highly recommend.

Ottimo soggiorno per amici e famiglie con bambini
Proprietà molto bella, pulita e in un contesto davvero accogliente. Eravamo in 3 famiglie con bambini. Proprietario molto disponibile e gentilissimo.

Beautiful Location - ….needs some improvement
First - the owner was very gracious and met us with cannoli, Prosecco and beer - and went through some of house procedures. Then he left. As the family start d to arrive we noticed a mildew smell at the property. The coffee pot - which was supposed to serve 9 people was old and rusted and by day 5 - it broke. The wi-if did not work properly and several of the guests needed it to conduct business for their jobs so that was frustrating The freezer leaked into the refrigerator and the food got wet. There was no book or written instructions explaining pool rules, trash disposal and restaurants nearby. We did not know we needed swim caps at the pool. Loved the location and the nearby beach - home was large enough for family of nine. Cefalu is a charming town.

Fantastic house for big family vacation!
We had a loveley 10 days in this fantastic villa. Ideal for bigger groups with children. Beautiful garden, great size swimmingpool and right by the ocean. Not far to supermarkets, town center and a couple of great restaurants nearby. We would definetly like to return here one day!

relaxing holiday near the sea
We were a group of people, the villa is very nice, comfortable, the furniture is new and the outside is very beautiful, the sea is absolutely fantastic and the nearby village of Cefalù is full of quaint shops and restaurants, the living room it was pleasant, very recommended

Goede woning in een wat vervallen park
De woning is prima met alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen. Hetzelfde geldt voor de tuin. Mooi zwembad in het park en een prima strandje op een paar honderd meter. Het park zelf is minder aantrekkelijk. Beschrijving met mooie lanen klopt slechts ten dele. Onze woning lag aan een slecht bestraat weggetje. Daarnaast zijn er een aantal nog onafgebouwde woningen en een rij onafgebouwde appartementen . Dat ziet er lelijk uit en biedt een armoedige aanblik. Kontakt met Giuseppe, de eigenaar, verloopt moeizaam. Zijn Engels is uiterst beperkt. Kortom, enige nuancering in de omschrijving op Uw site is op zijn plaats.

Bedankt voor je verblijf, maar we kunnen de reden niet begrijpen voor de klacht van de straten waarvan we geen beschrijving hebben gegeven en de huizen die zich in de onvoltooide omgeving bevinden, we bieden de villa aan en we zijn alleen Verantwoordelijk, de onafgemaakte villa's waar we niets aan kunnen doen, de nabijgelegen straten zijn niet geplaveid, omdat we vlak bij een strand zijn en het verboden is om ze te asfalteren omdat ze natuurlijk moeten blijven.
