“This is definitely worth a stay when in Forbes. Chris and team were so accomodating and friendly. Comfortable, quiet and warm rooms with excellent facilities for heating up food. I loved having my breakfast on the patio at the back of our room. ”

“Unfortunately when I got into the property I had no hot water in the shower. Reception said they would fix it and it worked the next morning. The day after however, I went to have a shower before checking out and again there was no hot water in the shower. Alittle inconvenient. ”

“Room was okay, no quilt on the bed - it was just a sheet and then the bedspread on top so we had to use the blanket provided in the cupboard which usually is not needed as all the other motels we stayed in had a quilt on the bed already. No water pressure in shower and the shower head was leaking a lot. Very small shower recess too.”

“Loved the ambience of being in this former school. Room had everything that a motel has but is not large. This was not an issue as there is access to full kitchens and lounge areas and nice little nooks. The room also opened onto a beautiful verandah with great views. ”

“Entry to room is open to the elements, and has a very small concrete step to gain access. The roadways are very uneven, and hold water , especially near room entries. Generally, once past the reception, the pile up of garden rubbish is certainly needing removal, or at least tidying up.”
