“This is just an amazing property with every little extra you need. We especially loved having big tables in and outdoors. The rooms are gorgeous with high ceilings and very soundproof. Kitchen has all the extras you need even cling wrap. Perfect spot with dogs as the backyard is closed in and grass is great for the dog to run about and play. Close to where we were going, easy to find. The pool makes for a bonus being indoors. Will stay here next time again.”

“Fantastic house in a very convenient location. Plenty of room (and rooms) for a group stay, in a surprisingly quiet part of the town. Comfortable to lounge around in, and everything you could need. Parking for two cars. Excellent coffee shop near by and a few minutes walk to great pubs, restaurants and bars. Would stay again.”

“Very spacious and welcoming house. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and pretty garden. Great for our group of three couples. Only problem was taps on first basin in the main bathroom need attention, can't turn them off easily. Fixable and did not detract from our stay.”

“Stunning property. Beautiful home. Very comfortable. My only feedback is that there should be more bakeware for the wonderful oven and front door code tricky for those unfamiliar with the system. Beds deliciously comfy. Lots of different “break out” rooms. Enormous yard. We’ll be back.”

“Family of 4 and dog all enjoyed our stay at the Oaks. Particularly liked the well equipped kitchen, big backyard for dog to run around, comfortable beds, lots of space, location - easy walk to town, information pack with handy information including dining options. Minor issues: internet did not work beyond the first day, front gate broken (although we managed to make it secure enough for our dog), more tissues would be nice (only 1 left in box), some dust in closets. Overall a great stay and we...

“This house was wonderful but there were a few problems … the stove didn’t work ( we were advised of this the day before arriving) but also the gas log fire wouldn’t ignite , the spa only had 2 jets working & the ducted heating was not connected at all. It was a pretty cold weekend & Meagan from the management team dropped around A couple of heaters . Overall the location security & bedding was fantastic & loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom !!! ”

“Beautifully renovated and decorated old house complete with gorgeous pressed tin ceilings and chandeliers. Well equipped kitchen, shampoo/bodywash in bathrooms, clean bedding. It was a very hot weekend in Parkes and we enjoyed having the pool to cool off in. Upstairs bedroom was very hot but thankfully has air con which cooled it down adequately. Walking distance to the CBD and restaurants. Good communication with host. Couldn't ask for more really. Highly recommended.”
