“The washer and dryer were broken and we were not told they were so we went and got quarters and detergent at the store for nothing. The lady working the front counter was appreciative that we told her it was broken, but better communication around whether it works or not is needed to avoid confusion and wasted time.”

“We always love staying here—only downside is there is usually a large event going on which causes a bit of chaos with the lobby being full and loud, no luggage carts being available because other people have their stuff sitting on them for HOURS, etc.—but otherwise, the actual hotel rooms and everything else is really nice and clean!”

“This hotel is clean and smelled great! There wasn’t enough outlets in the room though. ”

“I slept great! Comfortable beds with fluffy pillows and blankets, just like it should be”

“The stay was great. There was a little confusion on my rate. However, the Manager intervened and the issue was resolved. The maid was a little tardy in dropping off additional towels, after requesting a couple times. Have to compliment the “breakfast buffet attendant” she went over and beyond in accommodating me and others daily. Overall nice stay.”

“This day was fair no problem cleaning this overall it's good everything I see about the hotel was great service great food no problem no way the rooms could have been a little that's great:-) no problems nowhere convenience restaurants shopping gas interstate bit bigger it was kind of compact”
