“This was our second stay at Harmony Cottage and we love it! It's a perfect little cottage for my husband and I. It's clean, well-appointed, wonderful location, quiet street, and a very good bed. I personally love the walk-in shower with a hand-held shower head. Kitchen is really nice with everything you could possibly need. We'll try to stay there on our next trip to Franklin...probably 2 years down the road when our next grandchild graduates from high school.”

“After about a week of researching I decided on this little gem. Upon my arrival I was very happy I took the time to find this. The cottage felt like it was in the middle of the woods, very relaxing sitting on the porch. There were trees all around the house, a nice little waterfall in the back and a nice view of the pond in the front. A shopping mall was a few miles away and has everything you need. Great restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay here again.”

“This is a great house in a great location for inter-generational guests. We had two sets of elderly grandparents who needed private bathrooms and limited stairs. There are three wonderful large bedrooms on the main floor, 2 with their own bathrooms. The living room is spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is connected so you can cook and still be part of the action. The third floor was great for our teenage/adult children. “The view from the porch is amazing and puts you in "vacation mindset" right away! The house is beautful and has comfy furniture and even soft comfy blankets. Everything was exceptionallly clean. Instructions were clear and communication with owner was super easy.. The beds were a so comfy also. We enjoyed the hot tub after a few long hike days. Fire pit area was inviting but we never got around to using it. The location was great...easy acces to surrounding areas but away from the world. We...

“My impression is that this is a VRBO "in process." It was nice, clean and quiet but needs some care. The floors throughout where very bouncing and in the bedroom it felt in places like we might fall through. The living room needs a different couch set up as it was not easy to congregate on the couch set up. The kitchen chairs must be replaced, they actually hurt to set in as the seats were not good. Having said that, it's a great, quiet location by a lovely stream. Not as nice as expected, but...
