Following the hotel policy, we never guarantee a room because it's always possible to have a last time emergency that would prevent us to provide you what you asked for.In your situation, we didn't have a room with a real double beds and two single beds available for your stay, then the only option that we had was to provide you a double sofa bed. Since we open the Lykke hotel, we never had bad return about the sofa comfort, it can be really interesting for us to have your return on that point!About the bathroom heater, I thank you for your feedback.
