“My overall stay at the house was awesome to say the least. Everything that the description said about the house was spot on. We had a problem with the internet going out, and i reached out to their people who takes care of the home for them. Someone was at the home within 30minutes to fix the problem. The only down part was that I had to kill three roaches that were by three different closets. Other than that I didnt see anymore anywhere trust me I went looking for them. We had a rowdy group next door who was partying with loud music, etc. The proximity makes this difficult. When the music, etc. continued into quiet hours - the security team was quick to respond.”

The only issue was the upstairs air unit would not go below 74 at night and routinely would be in the 80 by morning. Not sure if it was a pre set program ( I guess it is). “My family and I travel to Orlando often for vacation and this is one of the best, if not thee best home we have stayed in yet. We traveled with 6 children and 4 adults and everyone LOVED the home. The neighborhood was great. What we loved most was that there was a shuttle that picked us up and took us to the amenity centers. The in home movie theater and game room was WONDERFUL. The pool and jacuzzi was also great. There is nothing negative I could say about this home and we will be back.”

Be prepared to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent (yes you need this because you have to wash all towels before you leave), garbage bags, etc. We were only there for the weekend and still needed to buy it all. “This house was amazing very clean upon arrival and spacious for the family! The game room was awesome for the kids kept the occupied. The spa was amazing and heat was included with our stay. I can say my family enjoyed our Mother’s Day weekend and I would definitely book this house again for another family getaway! The host was very responsive to any request I had as well!”

“Family had a wonderful vacation. Listing is very accurate. Had a minor problem with the refrigerator. They sent someone within an hour. Well stocked kitchen. Could use more forks and a some big bowls. Otherwise they have everything you need. Would definitely book this home again! We had 14 people plenty of room for everyone.”
