Väldigt bra hotell men ensligt
Vi kom redan klockan nio på morgonen och förväntade oss inte att bli in-släppta i något rum före klockan två. Men med ett leende från receptionisten blev vi insläppta direkt. Att ta sig in till Washington utan bil var inget problem. Shutle till flyget och buss därifrån in till stan. Tre dollar/person. Rummet var jättefint. Frukosten perfekt och riklig. Priset överkomligt. I närheten/hundra meter låg tre resturanger. En Longhorn med världens godaste burgare. med bacon och ett ägg överst. Hotellet var alltså topp!

Bra övernattningshotell
Vi behövde en övernattning i närheten av Dulles och valde detta hotell. Hotellet var helt ok, skapliga rum och skaplig frukost. Det ingick att vi skulle kunna få skjuts till och från flygplatsen, men tyvärr fungerade det inte när vi ville bli hämtade för att åka till hotellet. Bilen skulle komma "om 20 minuter" och när vi väntat det dubbla ringde vi igen och hotellet påstod då att vi inte ringt efter bil och att bilen kunde dröja. Man ville ha vårt telefonnummer för att ringa när bilen kunde komma men kunde inte registrera ett svenskt mobilnummer, det var tvunget att vara ett "lokalt nummer". Det slutade med att vi tog taxi till hotellet. Vi hade inga problem med att få skjuts tillbaka till flygplatsen morgonen därpå, men om det är viktigt med transporten till/från flyget bor man kanske välja ett större hotell. Väl på hotellet gick vi ut för att äta middag och det fanns tre restauranger precis intill hotellet och ytterligare ett antal tvärs över vägen, ett bra utbud!

They have no pool, staff was okay the front desk guy was an ass even his manager came out and check to see what was going on first and last time I am coming to this location. Dude laughing at me when you the one making $13-14 an hour , you the real joke. Have a great day! Please don’t stay here

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was about 10 minutes from King Spa which was our reason for the trip. The staff was extremely polite and the breakfast was good.

Well located near Dulles IAP and main thoroughfares in Fairfax, Loudon, and Prince William Counties. Lots of restaurants and other commercial entities nearby. But this also made for a lot of noise from airliners. People working front desk were terrible. Took forever to check us in, even though manned by 2 people. Then after we got into our room, they assigned another couple to our room and they (unintentionally) walked in on us. Very un-responsive, otherwise. The Fitness room was fairly well equipped but missing towels on all but one day of our 6 day stay. Included a nice water fountain and cup/bottle filler, but no cups. Room was well appointed but HVAC unit was difficult to control and room was either too hot or too cold. Other staff members such as lady working the breakfast bar and shuttle driver were nice.

Great hotel
It was pleasant stay and very happy with everything! We used airport shuttle which was very easy to arrange and super smooth. Breakfast service also nice and reasonable but wonderful selection we had a great time!

Not a good stay
Toilet needs attention - won't flush completely and burps. TV will not turn off unless you get out of bed and reach up behind the label in the front and find a little switch to turn it off. Housekeeping came in, replaced towels, coffee and straightened up everything but the bed - left it unmade. Requested at the front desk to have it addressed the next day - came back to room and no one had attended to it. Front desk said that it would be done a third time - it was. Only problem is one of our personnel pillows (small and black, nothing like a hotel pillow) was missing!! Tracked it down the next morning with the help of the employee in the breakfast room.

Failure to disclosure and poor lighting outside
Would have been nice to have known about hotel construction being done before booking ot atleast let the price be reduced alittle during this time. Another concern was safety in the parking lot. There was plenty of light poles around the parking lot but none of them was ever on so we had to walk from vehicle to inside always in the dark in a area we knew litttle about. I felt they could have had atleast some lights on for safety and piece of mind for guest.

Hotel was good. Staff not so much
Housekeeping was suppose to come every other day. Didn’t happen. We had to go get towels and coffee packets. Toilet didn’t flush correctly.

Great stay! Should improve Parking
Great stay. Staff is good too. Hotel has to figure out how to get a bigger parking lot. Street parking doesn’t count as hotel parking.

1 Night stay late PM arrival
Hotel & room were clean and great bed to sleep as a couple on King bed. Bfast was fully stocked and great. Shuttle quits at 11pm so Flt arrivals after this would be taxi or ride apps. Uber is quick while Lyft had waits in excess of 15 mins.

Great location...older hotel.
Older hotel. Minimum water pressure at sink, although shower did work. Cleanliness was fine until on day 3 the cleaning caused the toilet to smell like urine. Thermostat did work well, unusual for an older hotel.

Felt like staying at a B&B
It’s a couple weeks since we stayed at the Fairfield Inn Chantilly 7/24 to 7/25/23, but I have to post this review. Our stay was wonderful! It was the staff that made this hotel stand out. Felt like staying at a family run B&B. We arrived late on 7/24 with 3 kids and 5 bags plus baby seats and everything. Instead of having to wait for a shuttle bus, as soon as I called the hotel the friendly gentleman at the front desk called a Lyft for us. Unfortunately the big suv was too small for us (Nissan Armada with captain chairs and not enough trunk space) so we called again. The gentleman called another, bigger group Lyft, but instead of a Suburban or something big a Tahoe came out, too small again. I called again feeling bad, but the gentleman was super understanding and simply called two large Lyft for us. The next morning we needed to go to the car rentals at the airport, Two ladies were at the front desk, talking to us and our kids in the nicest way. Lyzzet (as far as we remember the name) tried to call a Lyft for me (the plan was for me to pick up a rental and then pick up my family). Unfortunately the system to orders a Lyft car, was down. Lyzzet apologized many times and after trying for 15 minute said, if everything fails, I will drive you personally. A couple minutes later, she was able to have another hotel employee drop me off at the airport. The young lady was super friendly too, we talked about family and kids. She made sure to drop me off right at the rental office!!
