The room floors were dirty, the bedding had hair and small stains in the sheets and bath rowels. homeless men hanging around, I will stay at this property again.

Good for a quick over night stay for a long trip. The bed was pretty firm. Pillows were okay, kinda flat. So double up or bring your own. Staff was very kind. Definitely book through expedia to save on your stay!

When we first got into our room the toilet was clogged. Then we waited forever to get a new room. All night you could hear people going in and out. Banging above us. Drunk people roaming the lobby. The lobby was also unsupervised. My aunt whom was also staying in the hotel had to wait almost 30-40 minutes to just be waited on at the counter. There was no mini fridges. The room had a strange smell as well. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there.

Everything was alright except for the fact the guy working the desk texted my girlfriend flirting with her and confirming where she lives and stuff. If you work there I don’t feel like just because you have people’s information you should contact them telling them they’re cute and when being asked to leave you alone you keep harassing them by texting them. The elevator was broken and I was on 3rd floor. My tv didn't work had to change rooms then my phone was broken. Then drink machine on 3rd floor was broken had to go down stairs again to get a drink. I have a bad knee. Front desk clerk very attentive and nice.

Upon checking in we were told there was $100 security deposit. Wasn’t a problem, we just wanted to sleep. Elevators were out, we had to take 3 flights of stairs. There was blood on the stairs. It felt very sketchy and it felt dirty. Again, we just wanted to sleep too tired to complain. Removed covers and put my own sheets.

I had trouble checking in once checking in I noticed the jet tub was not clean & I notified the staff and they said they will clean it….. 2 days later still not clean I went to a dollar store to get cleaning supplies to do it but when I got back. I was using the bathroom when a big roach came out from under the sink so I checked out the hotel. The front desk asked us was the roach under the sink which made me to believe this is an ongoing issue there.

I booked my stay through Expedia. I had an email with my reservation but the hotel didn’t have it in their system. The gentleman assisting me was SO helpful and kind! He had things cleared up in no time and gave me a free room upgrade for my trouble!!

Not the best
I did not get the room I booked and was downgraded which was disappointing as it was a special occasion. The indoor pool was shut down which was one reason I picked this location but tried to make the best. The floor I was on was extremely loud and their was a lot of traffic in and out at all hours.

This hotel is not bad but not great. It’s about what you’d expect for a $70/night hotel. The room was clean. The beds are uncomfortable. The water pressure for the shower was excellent. The hotel is allegedly non-smoking but it clearly smelled like smoke once you get beyond the lobby and into the hallways. The room itself also had a faint smell of smoke but was tolerable. I waited about 10 minutes at checkin for the front desk attendant to come back, but we did arrive late (10:30) and he said he was fixing a TV. He was friendly and quickly got us into a room.

Not what I reserved but nice
Reserved two rooms with xl large corner tubs. Neither of our rooms had the tubs. Also was charged 200.00 deposit that i was not told about when i reserved the room. But staff was very friendly and rooms were nice, well maintained and clean. Would come back if needed place to stay.

Everything was awesome besides for staff allowing the homeless people to hang out in the lobby which made me feel uneasy and made me feel like i had to keep my car locked.
